What is the lowest boom angle that can be used when lifting off the jib on Manitex Boom truck?

According to the chart it's 36 degrees for the 23 ft extension (830 pounds gross capacity). 35 degrees for the 40 ft ext. (520 pounds gross capacity). There is no capacity off the jib below these main boom angles.

Where do I find the deduction for when it says block: Reeve
      as needed ?

@@philcatalfamo168 is this a net capacity or a gross load problem? I've not seen this but I'm guessing it means you need to pick the block configuration and reeving to match the chart capacity or weight of load. For example, if your chart capacity was 12,000 pounds you would need single sheave block with two parts line. If it's a gross load problem and the weight of your load you are wanting to pick is 21,000 pounds you are going to need three parts line which would require the single sheave block with auxiliary sheave (hanger sheave). The deduction would be 260 for single sheave block and 50 pounds more for the hanger sheave. I think a more common, realistic situation, is a load weight or capacity requiring a single part line with out a block--for example 5,000 pounds. In this case the "reeve as needed" would be single part line, no block, and no deduction for a load block. Hope this helps. if not send me more specific information about the question and I'll see if I can provide better help.
