Peace sister, Shall I tell you where you can find logical and clear answer to this question ? With no intermediate no devils influence and easy practice ?
In India , there are communties where woman in menses are treated like untouchables - say she will keep herself away from family , won’t sit on places where the family sits , she will not be touched , nor she will touch anything .. not cook instead someone will cook for her . Probably in order for people not to treat the women in menses like untouchables , this Hadith might have been narrated .. this is the thought that came to my mind .
Regarding recitation of Quran during Menses, I believe in today’s world when we have every opportunity to listen or read through mobile apps, we can do that and not of course touch Quran . I always read the surahs or listen audios of the same, from my mobile apps. And of course we can use Tasbih for dhikr and other such purpose where we are repeating sthg… please correct me if I am wrong… but this is my understanding
Great first question. My question is IF we’re not suppose to touch the Quran if we don’t have Wudu, isn’t it implies that we should avoid tilawat as well in the state of impurity? What about memorized verses/duas like ayatul kursi, Fatiha, last three ayahs of surah Baqarah, hasbunallah wa nimal wakeel, musa’s dua for good? I hope he can clairify this question, especially about verses that are already memorized and read as duas. Jazakallah

The issue of women reciting Quran during menstruation is always a contending arguments, I heard some scholars saying it's allowed but we should cover our hands with something like socks and so on. Lots of confusions here maybe because of different school of thought...Allah knows best..
Peace sister. Allah refers in the Surah 2:222: (Seek refuge against the devil) Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim They ask you [Prophet] about menstruation. Say, ‘Menstruation is a painful condition, so keep away from women during it. Do not approach them until they are cleansed; when they are cleansed, you may approach them as God has ordained. God loves those who turn to Him, and He loves those who keep themselves clean. This, is the only verse about the Quran that point is also mentioned in the Book of Injil ! And woman can pray while having menstruations ! The interdiction only concern about interaction with your husband the blood does not touch the One who Created you. Sister please do not listen to him he is misguiding you ! Read and meditate the Quran ask God Himself His Book is The Truth !!
If you knew your Lord never you would have accept this nonsense they are forbidding something God never did you know the retribution for those who invent lies and attribute it to God !
All I’m asking you is to take your Quran let go off any Tafsir or Hadith just to find back the true relationship you have with your Lord before it’s too late !
