    I am the current owner of Tenor Modele 22 Serial # 1658B. It has been in my family since it's initial purchase by my Father in the 1920s.

    That mark VI alto with the low a bell was probably as experiment on bell note tone hole placement given the length of the bow and bell was changed at least 3 separate times during their run.
