Bring up all the youth. This is the year to do it as the bruins arent going nowhere....best case scenario is a first round 4 to 6 game series that we lose. We cant change this team with one trade, let the youth play, live with their mistakes and teach them to be better....

I’d say October/24
The problem is that ownership demands a playoff appearance every year. Therefore, the front office won’t risk seeing how the youngsters perform, much less start a rebuild as they see fit.
The Jacobs pushed for a salary cap world, but refuse to engage in the type of team building needed to live in it. Good teams are built through the draft and with higher picks these days. Not with this perennial “retooling”. The Bs will need to be forced into a rebuild as they were back in the mid 2000’s, and likely under a new GM whose first job will be to draft a 1C.
I've been begging to see Zacha - Poitras - Pasta this whole season, Potsy needs to be in the top 6 Imo with skilled forwards

We had 3 gapping net opportunities and we shot directly in the Quick’s pads instead roofing the puck. Yes an NHL player should be able to roof the puck.

The Bruins franchise consists of two teams. The Providence Bruins are doing excellent, why do you want to mess with that?
Those guys are getting outstanding statistics, going on a Calder Cup run - this is the future of the bruins. Let them learn how to win without destroying their stats right now on a chaotic NHL team

Brad Marchand spent an entire season in the ahl, they called him up, sent him back down and then he came back up

You kept getting clicks off of the last two or three seasons riding that wave knowing we should have been in retool mode if not rebuild. Linus Ullmark coming to Boston was a fluke, Krejci came out of retirement because of him

You're getting your wish every playoffs, Bruins aren't taking so they don't get top draft picks. How else are they going to develop players?

Defenders and goalies take longer to develop
You can't throw these young guys to the wolves, they're getting injuries like crazy in Montreal the last few years hurting their top prospects without letting them go through more timely learning curves

Trade anything old and close to retirement = Sweeney,Sacco, Pasta,Marchant etc for draft pics THEN bring up the youth to grow together these chubs can't even line change with urgency.

Linholm is better....Than what??? He was brought in to provide some offence but he is only offensive to watch.Winning faceoffs is great but as far as the return he is a complete bust ,numerous other players get praised for breaking out of their 10-15 game scoring slump by getting a goal then disappearing for another 20 games
