Profession in Action

In line with the hands-on approach of Esade’s MSc in Marketing Management, the Profession in Action is an experiential immersion program that connects the classroom learnings with a fist-hand observation of their implementation in real Marketing and Commercial areas. It helps students to consolidate their learning experience across different marketing-related functions, industries, categories, and organizational cultures. During this 5-day intensive journey, the programme fosters the student growth by combining the richness of seminars focusing on best practices or real challenges faced by their brands, products and categories, with their interaction with real professionals and academic preparation, analysis, discussion and reflection.
According to the student feedback, the program is extremely interesting, useful, inspiring, and eye-opening, and it exceeds by far their expectations. And most professionals involved, confess they would have loved to have had such a great opportunity.
