You still need intercept X -which is separate to the Sophos home product which is still just AV signatures.

We have the enterprise version of Sophos and were hit by ransomware this year. Contacted Sophos and they said "yeah - buy Intercept X". OK. So...we either pay the ransom to the attackers or have to also buy a (pricey) Sophos product. And we are a special needs school! So we are held ransom on both sides.
