Hi Val!!! I did a 7 x 7 / 49 panel shimmer wall yesterday, and my fingers were on FIRE. I almost wished that I had exclusively used zip ties so that my fingers didn’t hurt this much lol

Hello. Are you referring to the adjustable backdrop stand? Usually, I don't extend the top bar all the way out to the 10ft max (i leave it at 8 ft at the max). It can create a noticeable dip for draping extended to max length. Investing in a pipe and drape stand would be advisable if you do alot of draping.

Hello, beginner decorator here. I live in south GA & have an outside party booked for the end of July. Weather around that time can range anywhere from 90 to 102 degrees. Which balloons have you found hold up better in the heat?

Hello. I'd recommend tuftex and to underinflate and use lighter variations of your colors if possible. Also, make sure they're under a shaded area or tree and not in direct sunlight.

I just got my first shimmer wall and I feel like when I put it up you can still see the plastic attachment pieces poking out of the top and the sides after install is that normal?

No. There's a certain way you have to position the panels to cover the full grid backing.

The sign was made out of poster with my cricut machine. I added it to the shimmer wall with glu Dashes.
