For the shimmer wall, I created 4 sets of panels to make it easier to attach to the stand. I used 12 panels in each set (6 panels wide and 2 panels long).

the first time doing this was sssssoooo tedious and we did it the first time (2 - 10x10) without the zip ties (using the connection points), and they kept falling off - took forever, we learned our lessons for the second time around

Hi Lonielle! Thanks for sharing your beautiful work. I purchased off of Amazon from House of Party at the beginning of Sept. (2 boxes of 24- hot pink). My 1st shimmer wall experience was a gold wall through Ubackdrop. U make it look so easy, but I found the House of Party set up process to be very difficult when u get to the part of hanging it on the backdrop. The other company has connection points that snap. I felt scared that I wld break some of the panels with my 1st one since it can sometimes take a lot to snap together and break apart, but now that I’ve tried the brand you have, I prefer the other company, because though I tried to prep pieces prior to the event I recently did, once I got to the venue, attaching them to the backdrop was soooooo time consuming. It was sooo difficult fixing the gaps once I started hanging the pre -prepped sets vertically. I prepped 12 sets of 3 panels wide, so that I cld carry to my car- hoping to save time on set-up. Thank God I had some ppl who worked to figure that out while I focused on other set-up. They also said it was very difficult and my daughter who helped with my Ubackdrop wall also said she prefers that one. I plan to return to Amazon (regretfully), but now my issue is figuring out how to fit them back in the box correctly. I’ve tried multiple times, but 4 won’t fit back in the box. I so wanted these to work, because they’re a tad less expensive, I do like the quality, and they arrive in good time, as opposed to Ubackdrop who takes forever. I have to return to Amazon by 10/4, but if you have any added tips for connecting, transporting, etc., I’d be very appreciative. Thanks so much!

@@YesEventDecor Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I wasn’t asking for tips on how to repackage the product. I was asking if you might have had some tips beyond what the video showed for assembling after reading my experience (like where I went wrong).💕
Putting them in the box won't fit as neatly as when you get them so I have a milk crate that I put the extra ones in.
I totally get it on how to attach it to the pole in the right spot. I had to pause the video and go back a few times to see where she put the zip ties in.

These came with the clips ..how come you didn’t use those? Mines came with these hooks instead of using zip ties unless i wanted too

Great question. I’d suggest keeping it in sections. Only cut the zip ties you need to cut.
