Bro, this makes me regret not throwing in track so bad. This video has really helped me realize I dont want to have those kind of regrets in my life anymore. Thank you for the video, Matt. Youre a true professional. Heal up that knee, buddy

Great video. Can't wait to see more. This should be a show on ESPN 8 The Ocho

That bit at the end explaining the transfer of power and how you shouldn't end off balance was super helpful, thanks! As a 55kg female I struggled a bunch with heavy weight for distance. All of the smaller games here just have the females in the same weight class.

Awesome video, never thrown before but the instruction is simple enough that I can understand the finer points.

Great insights! Thank you. I hated not getting to pester you on the field at Loch Norman this year.

I know this is 6 years ago if your still are doing this Competition. I would like to add something that may help or not. In Disc Golf & Ballet Dancing both pull there arms in to create more torch & Spin faster. Was wondering if this would help you by pulling in your Left arm at the peak point of your throw to increase your Distance like We Do in Disc Golf Max Distance Drives. It would be cool to see if it made any improvements on your distance.

Yeah same idea just at the very end of the throw. However due to 56lbs you have to counterbalance very different then disc golf

Why are the bigger throwers holding their thumb under your fingers. I tried at practice and it feels very weird and I don't have faith I can hold onto it
