Those in UCDA have either never known their responsibilities or taken their work seriously. For over 20 years since their founding, you do not see their presence among the ordinary farmers. OWC, a makeship organization of UPDF soldiers, have done more without technical expertise. When I started my coffee farm, I thought advise from UCDA but they never even bothered to help. All they care about are their fat salaries and a few big exporters that can facilitate them.
