Sunday morning... my dog sleeping nearby... fresh coffee... and another ASMR detail from Lennert to inspire me to be a better detailer. It doesn't get any better than this!
Thanks for watching Ron! Someone pointed out in the comments that I forgot the “c” in “subscribe” 😂 I was too focused on getting the word fully on the window haha
@@VermijlCarDetail Thanks for responding. You do outstanding work, and I really enjoy your videos. When are you moving in to the new place? I do have a technical question: what do you use to clean the inside door sills? I have a new 2024 Audi A5 cabriolet (the last of the Audi convertibles in the U.S. I'm sorry to say) and I'm trying to keep the black door sills clean without much luck. I use GTECHNIQ C5 Wheel Armour on the wheels which has worked great. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
@@mikelobb8849 we're probably (hopefully) moving around January or February. There is still some important things to do before we can actually move there. I do have a video on how to clean door jambs, you can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/f6-dcBALpxU/видео.html
I would like you to explain in your videos the reason why you use different types of products. It would be a good idea to know what the purpose was because you used it. I say this because in several videos you don't use the same products. Thanks
You really dont want to touch satin paint because you cant polish it. Thats why he used 2 different pre cleaner one alkaline and one acid leaning for full cleaning potential.
Eduardo if you watch some of the earlier videos which you will, I know because I ended up watching every other video that Vermijl has done. The more you watch the more you’ll understand the reasons behind each stage of the wash process, then the stages of paint prep for polishing, clay bar , panel prep, different pads, strengths of compound for removing scratches, swirls dull paint etc. Then finishing polish for inducing gloss and pop. Then sealant, wax or ceramic coating to protect your paint. You will soon get it there is lots to this hobby/skill of detailing cars. I find like lots of us do it’s a big learning curve at the start but it’s very rewarding to get the skills needed to get your own car looking fantastic, now I do other peoples cars too. Vermijls videos are great superbly edited and put together great, I love a Sunday afternoon here in the Uk with a relaxing Vermijl detailing video makes my day 👍👍👍

Vermijl, why are you using the soft99 iron terminator for the paint? I know it works for that as well, but primarily looks like a wheel cleaner. And with all the alternatives like iron x etc., I'm just curious. Thanks.
I like to think I can lay down a good layer of snow foam, but if this was an Olympic event, you would be the gold medal winner. All 3 judges would deliver perfect scores of 10! 😂 (Sorry about the earlier post. 🤦♂️🤦♂️)
I follow all the major detailers/influencers. Lennert's videos are the most satisfying for me. I think he has a winning formula! It would be nice to see a few interior clean & protect videos though. I know 95% of people only want to see the outside, but i dont think it'd hurt to release 1 out of 10 videos showing the interior. I also like the wheels off videos.
Thanks for your support man, I appreciate it. Unfortunately it's mostly exterior details that we do here. However, next week I'll have another interior and exterior video! I'll do my best to vary the content as much as possible.
@VermijlCarDetail Appreciate it! Don't get me wrong, I love your videos and really enjoy the exterior cleans. It would also be nice to have a few more interior cleans and carpet/fabric cleans as well. Maybe 1 every few months. Most of the detailing channels focus on exterior cleans, but there's little on deep interior cleans and what to use. Like when is it better to use Pol Star as opposed to MZR, or when is it better to use Top Star as opposed to PSS. What are your favourite products for cleaning and protecting surfaces. I'm trying to work out what the best product would be for protecting my interior plastic trims and vinyl. I opted to use Geist on my leather on this occasion, thinking about using Carpro, Koch Chemie, Gyeon, or Colourlock when I redo the leather in 9 months' time. I'm not sure what would be best for 8 year old coloured leather. I look to your videos for guidance 🙂. Have a great day. I'm looking forward to your upcoming videos!
I've been meaning to ask for years, curious why do you often spray from the bottom, then move up, versus from the top then towards the bottom? 4:16 - Thanks
"Hey! Great video, really enjoyed it! I have a suggestion-it would be super helpful if you included links to the products you mentioned. It used to be easy to click through and buy what you recommended, so I hope you can add those links again. Thanks so much!"
hmmm I've tried Glaco compound on my BMW (which pretty well-known of having soft glass) and it induced swirl. Fortunately it was only around the test spot area. I wonder where I went wrong as I already stripped the glass chemically (Carpro descale + IPA solution) and physically (claying) to eliminate debris from the glass surface
Your work is incredible, congratulations, but I have a question: do you also use Glacco on rearview mirrors, both for polishing and for applying?Every time I see your videos I ask myself that
I’ve been curious over watching these videos, when do you use a acidic soap vs a ph neutral soap. Like is there a time and place or like is one stronger? I just wanna know.
You can look up the CarPro Descale. Its usage is written in the description. You basically don't want to use it if there is a coating on the car that you don't want to remove. If you are doing daily or maintenance wash, you use PH neutral soap.
Watch Vermijl's latest video on the weekend. Throughout the next week, think about update new tools, chemicals, work process and environment. This is my weekly routine. I get good inspiration and energy from you. Thank you!
