That's such a good quick meal. Brookdale corned beef hash is good. You probably missed the problem that Aldi had with this brand a few years ago during the pandemic. I opened a can of this and poured it into a pan. There was so much water mixed in with the hash, I was never able to crisp it up. It was watery mush. I checked online and found out I was not the only person complaining. They stopped selling the Brookdale hash for quite some time, having replaced it with Hormel's Mary Kitchen brand (which was very good, but costs a bit more). They eventually brought the Brookdale brand back. Haven't had any problems since.
