Truely, macro is the only genre that excites me. But the problem I often face while shooting macro is obviously light. And I think I would love to try this for 2 main reason, 1 is for the availablity of light very near to the subject. And 2 is the SHAPE of the light, as it's round, the reflected lights will look surreal and won't disturb the subject.
Hope to try that light soon!
I wonder, how creatively I can use this in insect photography, this go to accesory with quick connectivity can be a life saver!! ❤️

Jewelry photography is the most demanding thing I have ever shot. If I had the opportunity to try the Macro Ring Flash MF-R76 I would do something more relaxing and artistic, probably details of nature.
of course I love to try macro shots, actually these kind of shoots I already do when comes in Wedding. the ring, the jwelleries are really a superb thing to shot in macro!
This is another exciting Godox Macro Photography Academy episode to watch . Its been interesting to take Macro shot with stones and accessories on how to show its quality and details , and with the help of #MF-R76 it shows its real value. The included adapter makes it more plug and play with any lens.
Together with the Ring72, this really have a great touch when it comes to the functionality. Most of the people use off-camera flash and LED light panels to light their macro shots. But with this it is all in one setup, but can be use as a complex lighting because of the flexible light adjustments.
I really prefer shooting macro shots with dazzling stones or other accessories. Because there are these details that our eyes can't see, dazzling stones have those amazing patterns which is really pleasing in the eyes. And in able for us to appreciate those, we need to have macro shots.

I would love to try the MF-R76 to capture the details of modern technology, such as smart watches, earphones, smartphones. I often write articles on technology and good macro shots enrich the content a lot.

I use to shoot weddings, so most of my macro shots are accessories and jewelry of the bride and groom. Having such control of separate brightness levels it's an awesome feature!

I love to use my macro when shooting accessories and then up close of the stones in a wedding jewelry set. But i truly love to use my maro to shoot portrait or when i playing around I use it when i set up my halo or call of duty megaconstruct men as they fight each other to keep use free from the aliens lol.. this ring flash i think would make a great all round flash special when doing products. I can even see using it off camera flash when doing products.

Is it fully TTL?
nice presentation. I had this mf-r76 in my cart when i discovered videos on MF-12. MF-12 looks much powerful, isn't it (power, flexibility, xpro transmitter, ttl, suitcase, gels, stands to lay on floor) for almost same price than mf-r76. what do you think in your daily work ?
Is it flash or just continuous light? I am looking for it mainly for doing macro in outdoor
