Hi Guys,
I just love going through old family pictures. In this video, I flip through some of my old family albums and pictures. You will hear a variety of sounds such as page turning, plastic and paper page turning, whispering, tapping and more. I hope that coupled with the whispering and gum chewing the paper and plastic page noises will give you plenty of tingles. Please enjoy!

I love this video more than I can say, and not just for the ASMR. It's had an effect on me. First of all, the quality of the photos, and the style, both clothes and home furnishings, are amazing. But I mainly love this for the family - so lucky to have an extended family with such a rich history. For someone like me, an adopted, quiet introvert whose family has whittled down to one or two people, and the rest either estranged or reduced to occasional likes on Facebook without any social interaction, this stuff is fascinating. Imagine having such a vast and strong family network. It's almost alien to me! It's like that song "people who need people are the luckiest people in the world." I sometimes wonder whether I would've felt a stronger connection with my family if we were related by blood, or whether I've just drifted because of my loner type personality. Who can say? But you are so lucky to be able to point at all these faces and rattle off all these names. I wouldn't even know that many people. I don't know your family but in the photos there just seems to be so much love there, happiness, and a sense of home and belonging. You're very lucky! xo

I was blessed to have grown up with such positive role models. And have such fond memories that will never die. Family comes in many different forms. Some of which we are born into and those of which we create. I have seen both the positive sides and the negative sides in both types of families. I thank you again for your kind words. Sure, Ella! They were my great grandparents. They did pretty well, by all accounts. They owned a saw mill and were able to send the girls in the family off to school. They later loss their business and much of their land during the great depression. TFW and commenting.

oooh I would love that rust colored suede skirt and vest right now! Sometimes I get angry at my mother when seeing all her stylish clothes in old photos knowing she through them away. She should have kept them 40 years and gave them to me LOL.

I love these old photos. Talk about a blast from the past! I grew up during the same time period. Looking at the clothing styles and hair styles is a hoot. Also, your Aunt Eleanor reminds me of my Aunt Beatrice (Aunt Bea). I also had an Aunt Winifred (Aunt Winnie), AND a cousin Winnie! You don't hear those names much anymore. However, my daughter named one of her daughters Evelyn which is an old fashioned name. We call her Evie :-)
Hi, Dottie. I know. Looking back at pictures from any family can bring back memories of your own family. The hairstyles, clothing, furnishings. I always have a chuckle when I look at some of the clothing from the '70's and '80's. TFW and commenting.
LOVE the outfit at 29:12, that style is actually coming back and you can see it all over highschools
