I notice that this routine is almost all "outside partner" steps. Is a slow foxtrot routine that is mostly danced outside partner considered more advanced than one that is inline partner?

+Peter, yes a lot of outside steps in this routine, approximately half of them. It's simply because in Weave itself there are lot of outside movements.
