My mom bought one of these we were having hard time with the expander. The balloon was constantly sliding off i finally figured it out we were making the fold alittle to big. Now im able to get it forst try man these have a huge learning curve. Maybe make a more in depth video with common problems and the solutions that us new ppl have.
Hi. The pump is not sucking air from the balloon. The balloon expands because the air pressure outside the balloon decreases due to the pump creating a vacuum, while the pressure inside the balloon remains the same. This difference in pressure causes the balloon to expand.

Hi! We are using is a 24-inch "Bloonsy" clear bobo balloons with an extra-wide neck.
So…. Is the hose from the pump sucking air out, and that’s what causes the balloon to expand?

Whenever i am taking off the balloon it keeps on deflating

@kodiak3970 yea I had to expand the balloon fully so there is no gap between the machine and the balloon.
