Very good stuff. I would (need to) watch one where you go deep into the tierd proxmox native firewall, how it interacts with the actual container FWs. (Extra credit for a deep dive into Open vSwitch and nested vlans) EDIT: You could set up some sort of basic listening server to demonstrate how to properly secure a container and interact with it remotely as a demonstration tool. This would cover a lot I feel.
not a bad idea! if you install it directly on the HDD ProxMox still let's you use most of that space for VMs and containers, but I've seen a lot of people do another USB. Real pros install in RAM, though, rather than wasting USB. :^)
