Ay girly I'm pregnant as well and every morning is so tiring for me even to do stuff around the house I'm always tired and I do work out once a week sometimes twice depends on how I'm feeling since I get those pains like in my lower abdomen like mini contractions, sometimes I just don't find the energy to do anything or my mood change the whole time lol so I like watching videos like this to get a bit motivated
I hear you! I don’t always have the energy 😭 but it’s ok we are creating life!

I have a teen daughter but either way I'm always up and down with her since she works now and currently doesn't have a a car at the moment and by the end I'm dead lol I try to stay active buy sometimes my child says relax mom 😁 and I have to go to my bed and try to take a nap.
Ahhhh we all have to learn to relax sometimes right?!
