I love my XOP gear, the Cold World stand is super light with a great padded seat, small but I'm a little smaller than you. I'm running their saddle gear as well and enjoying that in my first year of saddle hunting. XOP will save a hunter a big chunk of change and satisfy the pickiest of gear heads.
I had an xop that was the same size as my alpha loc on. It was no comparison . It was cheap and I didn’t feel safe in it. It didn’t bite the tree like my Lonewolf did I sold it. I stick with alphas for permanent sets and run a beast gear set up that’s my baby! Looking to possibly get a lwcg2.0 for more foot room.
I’ve killed way more big bucks on the ground with a bow than in a deer stand Last year here in Harlan I killed a 166 inch 14 pointer with a bow on public land simply by using a big fallen tree to hide behind
Thanks for the no bull review. Subscribed
Great review, I’m surprised on that tuning fork sound of the xop compared the the novix
