After watching I’m still unsure how to use a Cyprus grill, can I use coals or wood, can we cook meat that isn’t marinated. Are flames ok or does it need to be coals only? Really not much education or advice only sales pitch, why use the different rubs you did use could I use the Greek rub on the lamb?
    Pretty bad video.

Hi there! Thanks for tuning in to our video. Typically, we use BBQ rubs directly on our meat as a marinade and have achieved excellent results. Using our Gyros Rub on lamb can be a delightful alternative to the traditional approach.
Please note that the Cyprus model is specifically designed for use with charcoal only. Using wood fire could generate excessive heat and potentially damage the spit.
