340 g apricot jam
100 ml condensed milk
400 ml cream
1 peach
20g walnuts
Let rest in the freezer for 5 hours

I might have a go at this but change the nuts for broken up digestives, as i have a nut allergy
I add nuts to almost everything, but I wouldnt here. Your suggestion is much better.
@@madelinebock6469 it worked well. Better with very small crushed up biscuits, as they don't go soft in the mixture.

Why not used puréed apricots instead of jam to reduce the sugar content.
Yes - or even better, bake fresh apricots in the oven with a little honey and serve with yoghurt. This condensed milk and jam stuff is instant type 2 diabetes. Really unhealthy.
