Leung Sir, it shows "list may be incomplete" above cancel icon when using merge function. It cannot show ALL items. I try "load more" but the results are the same. Would you please teach me how to solve it? By the way, I use Macbooks M365 excel
@@KKLeung I use my own raw data which is over 10k items. There are 5 workbooks, A, B, C, D & E. A is a master file and B, C, D can find the common properties that relates to D's. But E has a common properties related to D only. Therefore, I made 1st merge with D & E. Then, I made 2nd merge with A. In the 2nd merge, it cannot show all items and "list may be incomplete". I guess A workbooks include too much items. The other workbooks are included less than 1000 items.
Hi Vicky, In power query editor, it will not show all the rows of table. All the data rows will be extracted per setting of power query after the step of close and load. K.K.

抱歉，因為相關多個文檔，而且做power query 係會根據我自己電腦文檔路徑（folder and path), 較容易引起混亂，所以未有準備示範文檔下載。
建議用自己工作嘅文檔去嘗試做類似嘅分析，相信效果會更加理想。
