Refusing to believe the reality of death, he attacked Reaper (like a scared animal would) and hurt him so badly to the point that he had to 'retire’. But because, y’know, Death himself can really retire, as punishment, Horror was forced to take on his job. And he was surprisingly good at it! … But the only flaw in his new eternity is that instead of taking the reaped souls to the afterlife, he eats them or something else like that-“ But then I figured I should probably just ask instead of headcannoning lol

@Haako_060 my headcanon is because it was stated he was made from a star that's dead canon reaper that Is that he killed or he nearly kills toriel in his confrontation being tired of his job and them attacking and there light makes him try to consume them to be a whole star trys to consume stuff to make him whole reaper 100 percent has the capability to and he starts devouring souls to covet there light and starts enjoying the taste which we'll would make the gods work against him note chara would likely attempt to work with him but idk what he'd do
