If you have a PC check out Jutsu Online. It's and mmorpg Where you start out as a kid In either The Leaf Village Or the Sand Village. You can start with no particular talents or you can pick a bloodline Like Uchiha or Uzumaki and start with their special jutsus or Kekei Genkai. Then you join the academy and take place in tests and academy lessons that are hosted by real people. Than you can try to become strong enough to do the Chunin exams(In which you have to pass a written test and PvP test in the Forest Of Death) which both villages participate in. Right now the game is in open beta because it just came out but now's a perfect time to test out the game and see if you'd like it. There's a discord that you can join which is full of great people willing to help get you started.

I would love to see a Naruto open world game kind of like ghost of Tsushima where you can build your own legend but it will actually be effected by choices you make. So you could end up as an amazing hero or mastermind villain.

And after a while there would be an an agent hidden somewhere in the village and if you accept his mission you can choose to become evil or good and you get more powerful jutsus, with different jutsus depending if you accepted or stayed in the village

What if for a storyline plot what if your character was a genin who wanted to find a proper squad to join. Kakashi turn out to be your squad captain that you're assigned to along with 4 other ninja(one of them being your character's love interest depending on gender of your choice). the day of first training exercise you are running late, you went into the ninja vr system with 3 other squads of ninja (one of the members of the other squads being your character's rival)to meet up with your squad. after you and your rival start to compete in the vr system your character and your rival have a fight at the end of training to see who is stronger. both of you start to charge up an immense amount of chakra that makes a glitch in the system. Kakashi steps in to break up the fight and says that everyone is dismissed for the day but once everyone tries to leave the system teleports everyone out but a hundred years into the future where the Leaf Village was destroyed by a group of powerful rouge ninja. ( the leader of the group being your character's future arch enemy). that's all I got so far.
They need to stop working on characters and start coming up with maps. Genin exam arena (1vs1 duel, ppl can load as a "spectator" and assist to the show with other ppl and/or npcs) Forrest of death (Battle Royale in which you have to reach the central tower with a scroll of heaven and one of earth, found by defeating other players) Training field (Always been a favorite from the Storm series, you could bring it as a duel practice mode) New PvE missions would also be nice. Maybe centered around the ninja war arc since we have all the essential characters. Oh and lastly, a rework of Katsuyu summon. I would instead have her periodically burst heal and spit acid around her when first summoned and also when leaving.
Lets be real, this game still needs a few adjustments but overall, im very greatfull for this game and at the end of the day we have to take into consideration that this could be the start of somthing great. Imagine how cool the 2nd one will be.

(the only difference is that your character's love interest is in this timeline as well) once his adventure is complete. and your character returns home, you find out that it's the same day that you left and you can still make it to the tournament in time as a fully experienced ninja with many new abilities.

Yeah, I know, but color-wise, too (hair and eyes are lackluster in choices, especially for a brunette, which doesn't make sense as there are several characters with different shades of brown, Tenten's is perfect, and a more soothing green for eyes would be nice)? And will some gender exclusive stuff be available to the opposite gender eventually?
