Nice remix I love Thomas the tank engine It’s a show that knows how to be itself (well at least in its first 5 seasons although I do kind of like seasons 6 and 7 in some aspects) For a show that’s mostly aimed towards families I’m surprised on how much stuff this show got away with It honestly feels like an unofficial underground comic told as a childrens storybook Which funny enough the franchise is created by wilbert awdry who loves telling stories to children I also love the models here it gave me the kid at the toy store vibe similar to the hbo feature presentation logo from 1983 While the franchise definitely took a nose dive with some good episodes sprinkled in I’ll always respect the show for its characters great use of lore and having the ability to subvert expectations Thomas your a really useful engine
