Genesis of error
Ascending Kaliyuga 1200 years time was multiplied by BHATT 1200 years with 360 ( days in one year) to yield 4.32 lakh years. Thus 1200 years became 4.32 lakh years and promoted same way.
This was done as BHATT has told then King by mistake that instead of first year of ascending KALIYUGA ; which was 1 to 1200 years count; he counted 1201, 1202, 1203...... Then to accomodate 1201 ( which he could not do in1200 years of ascending Kaliyuga) he make a cheating maths. Told King we need to convert it into 4.32 lakh ( to get 1201 digit).
Ramayana 5100 BCE
MAHABHARAT 1000 BCE
KALKI SWAMINARAYAN BHAGWAN born and died just at end of ascending KALIYUGA with 200 year timeline of what is called DWAPAR YUG SANDHI ( 1700 AD to 1900 year AD)

71 Maha Yuga makes 1 Manvantara
14 Manvantara + 15 Sandhikal ( Sandhikal is of the same duration as Satya Yuga) makes 1 Kalpa, which is equal to 1000 Maha Yuga.
2 Kalpa makes 1 Bramha Day known as Ahotram.
360 Ahotram makes 1 Bramha Year
100 Bramha Years makes the life span of Bramha or the age of the Universe.
We are currently in the 51st year of Bramha, on the 1st Day, 7th Manvantara, Kali Yuga of the 28th Maha Yuga.

Which Is divided into 14 manvantar
And in one manvantar there as 71 mahayuga
And same 1000 mahyuga were night of brahma but here no life exits.. Life exist only in the day time of brahma

So how long is one yug?
There are many misconceptions about mantra chanting or Nama Sankeerthanam. Some truths should be known by the seekers:
Every Yuga has a unique mantra (Yuga Mantra). In Treta Yuga the spiritual authority was Sri Ram and the Rama Mantra was revealed. Accordingly, Sri Ram’s name was to be chanted in Treta Yuga for spiritual fulfillment.
After Treta Yuga, the Dwapara Yuga appeared. In Dwapara Yuga, Sri Krishna was the spiritual authority, the Supreme Guru of that age. So Krishna Mantra was revealed which was the mantra of Dwapara Yuga. Spiritual fulfillment in Dwapara Yuga was possible only by chanting Krishna Mantra.
Treta Yuga and Dwapara Yuga were also the age of Devi-devas. So the chanting of mantras related to Devi-devas was also okay in those ages. But in Kali Yuga, things changed. Kali Yuga is not the age of Devi-devas. Yaga, Yagna, Mantra chanting, etc.. dedicated to Devi-devas do not provide the desired result in Kali Yuga. Only some temporary benefits or partial results can be achieved.
Hindus have been losing their glory since the beginning of Kali Yuga, i.e. after the departure of Sri Krishna more than 5200 years ago. The only exception was the Buddhist period. India had a brief period of glory during the Buddhist period because Buddha advocated a path different from Devi-Deva worship. Buddha had realized that the worship pattern of the past yugas was not the dharma of Kali Yuga.
Sri Krishna had also said about the transition of dharma in Kali Yuga. He had advised the people to abandon all old spiritual practices and to follow his words only (Sarva Dharman Parityajya Mamekam Saranam Vrijah, Bhagavad Gita) A lot of misinterpretation took place and Sri Krishna's original message was lost. He had clearly mentioned to Arjuna that in Kali Yuga the mantra of Devi- devas will not yield proper results. Remember also, how Sri Krishna stopped the worship of Indra, the king of gods.
Sri Krishna had also predicted that God will manifest again and again whenever dharma gets polluted. All religions have predicted the birth of a great soul (Maha Guru) in Kali Yuga whose name should be chanted in Kali Yuga. Like in Treta Yuga and Dwapara Yuga, Kali Yuga has also a unique Supreme Guru - a Kalanthara Guru.
Only the Nama Sankeerthanam of that Supreme Guru -the spiritual authority of Kali Yuga will provide us proper spiritual guidance and everlasting Punya. Now how to recognize the Kalanthara Guru of Kali Yuga? That can be known only through Yogic Pratyaksha or Darshanam (transcendental vision of truth).
In the year 1927, Sri Krishna brought down to the earth plane a Supramental Manifestation. This had been witnessed by Maharshi Aravind Ghosh. The name of that Supramental Manifestation is Navajyoti Sri Karunakara Guru of Santhigiri Ashram.
Guru takes Sri Krishna's place as the spiritual authority of Kali Yuga. Sri Krishna came down in a golden chariot and advised the devotees to chant Maha Guru Mantra from now on, instead of praying to him (Sri Krishna).
The supreme Guru Mantra that was revealed from the Light of Brahman (Brahma Prakasham) is as follows:
Aum Sri Karunakara Guru Parabrahmane Namah.
Aum Sri Karunakara Guru Satyapradaya Namah.
Aum Sri Karunakara Guru Ateeva Satyaprakashaya Namah.

Whoever chants the above mantra with bhakti is sure to receive spiritual experiences and get purified of all doshas.
All Devi-devas, great rishis, the souls of Pitrus, etc, are seen rejoicing and getting appeased by this supreme Guru Mantra.

Ah, this man is full of half knowledge. Kalpa is not 4 yuga combined, 4 yuga combined is Mahayuga. There are 72 such yuga in one Manvantar. 14 such Manvantar makes one Kalpa. Which is a day for Brahma, same one Kalpa long is his night. And such way he lives 100 divine years.
And the real answer to the question that he didn't answer is, Yuga exists not just to divide time. But the state of consciousness of the people that degrades over time and it's procedures of self realisations, it's vast topic that can't be covered in a 4 min video.
