Those old castles are amazing. I did not the roof removal policy existed. I knew they were hundreds of years old. I hope you got to try some pints ... they have been brewing beer since before those castles were built...thanks for the look around.👍

I know just what you meant Ken when you said you think you are going to cross it off the bucket list But the list just gets bigger (Think we're going to need bigger buckets) Ken as you were on a river today, thought I would mention the strange tides we have had over winter at my local river (The River Hull - UK) It's been so high, some days I was paddling a good 40 out from the bank, or to put it another way, I was paddling on the river bank. Unfortunately because of the tide, a lot of mode-up boats sank. and the local pub alone side the river almost flooded. However, as from last week things are now getting back to normal.

Sure it all looks nice but, for a longer list and thousands more miles of stunning coastline to explore, come to the west of Scotland! :-)
I would LOVE to visit Scotland too. I need to do a lot more exploring in that part of the world.

Yikes! We're having the opposite issue here. Water levels are going to be super low this year because of a lack of snow across North America.
