Good job! You always do it nice. Please ask your cousin Liza to bring you home a premium sotanghon noodles. The one used is not a pure sotanghon. Theres flour or other starches added to it. We also encounter counterfeit sotanghon. So we carefully select in buying one. Pure glass noodles are really transparent, apringly stretchy, and is glistening. You will know when you used a real one. ❤

May I ask where you got your сотангхо́н recipe? Everything's good except for the potatoes; they're not a traditional part of the dish, so I was shocked to see them go into the soup! Potatoes and carrots might be seen together in most Western soups, but not in all Filipino soups.
Edit: 7:07 Okay... I think you need to _try_ the soup without potatoes. But I appreciate the honesty there.

Just a suggestion🙏: 1) Cousin Olga and family ,2) Andrie and SisterLiza and family ,partners with 3) businessmen in Russia ,to franchise the Jollibee from Philippines and it will be first Jollibee in Russia I guess 💕…..main branch in Moscow just to start 1 shop first then if it’s ok the flow branching out to st Petersburg, then down to your city….i am sure when there’s a Filipino in every place they would 💯 patronise their product ,it won’t get zero customers. Jollibee 🍗 is the best🎊
