- Gauteng MEC for Finance and Economic Development, Lebogang Maile on Sunday, July 14 outlined key priorities of the 7th administration about the provincial budget and state of the Gauteng economy. Maile says Gauteng currently sits with a debt obligation of R17 billion, adding the province has also struggled with revenue collection.

Gauteng is the biggest economy in south africa, Google is free. western cape is nothing compared to Gauteng 😅😅 even if you combine the second largest economy(western cape) with the third largest economy(KwaZulu-Natal) in south africa they don't add up to Gauteng 😅
