When it comes to modified and home built vehicles, im glad i live in sweden. We have alot of rules about it but mostly so you build a roadworthy bike or car. Modified to a lesser level, your yearly inspection say yes or no. To a higher degree, it becomes "modified" and you might need a 3rd party inspection. And if you go overboard, you register it as home built
