You are all doing an excellent job. You are a shining light for countries that call themselves "superpowers," like mine. My family was devastated by Hurricane Katrina, and our president was busy golfing.😢
If possible, can cruise ships be used as temporary housing for those who are going to Carriacou to do the repairs and also house people without roofs?
🙏🏾
Will individuals in other countries be able to donate money via e-transfer once the bank account is set up?
There is an account set up by the High Commissioner of Grenada in London which accepts international transfers too - this is a genuine account and link, do be careful not to fall for any of the scams. You can verify this by looking at the official site.

There are full details on the Prime Minister's Facebook page now.
The residents of Union Island were evacuated to St. Vincent. The Vincentian PM did NOT lose his mind, by dropping off "supplies" to an already devastated (now largely deserted and desolate) island. His main objective was to get the residents to safety (St. Vincent) where their needs could be better met. The residents of Carriacou and PM (who wish to "leave") should be evacuated to Grenada... there is (or should be) enough housing available in Grenada to house all "man, woman and child" (from the sister isles) seeking refuge from the areas (now disaster zones) impacted by "Hurricane Beryl". There are those of us, on the northern tip of the island (Grenada), who are (still) suffering from the after effects of the hurricane. WE TOO NEED ASSISTANCE!!! Please do not forget us up here. Much obliged! 😊
That lieing fake
Can't even spell lying... you people just always feel the need to voice your opinion.
Grenada is still better off than Carriacou.
VERY CORRECT... that's why an evacuation of the residents from the sister isles should be implemented "forthwith". St. Vincent has the right idea.@@fantastica9186
