if you wanna do this cant just practice it if you have a taekwondo gym near by go sign up you will learn it at yellow belt its a jumping cresent kick but we call it the jumping out-in kick our coach tells us that ok
Punch to anywhere above the weist is 1 point, 2 points is kick to the chest or stomach, 3 points is kick to head! Any punch or kick to the back is 0 points! Any kick or punch below the weist is 0 points aswell and a warning ( depends if it did damage )
@dhanger3450 If u block a kick that was going for the waist, it does not count as a warning bc it has to actually hit. If u got any other questions, I'm happy to answer
I'm confused because you got a point for lifting your knee. You didn't make contact till the head kick it would still be 3 points but that's because the head kick is worth 3 points
