Yes for undergraduate you'll need 10th , 11th and 12th marksheet, and yes 11th grade marks matters as its important for your overall GPA (ofc other things also matters a lot but a good GPA can increase your chances of selection )

Hello di First of all I am really sorry to continuously bothering you with my queries Actually I wanted to ask you how to submit the works which I have done in my college tenure, I mean in college year I have done multiple projects and all in digitally for example I have shoot a short film then documentary also I did radio reporting in my department studio and also took interviews of some eminent personality so I will mention this on my sop but I have to proof this as well so should I submit a CD including all my works?

Yes you can because 9 and 10 class percentage don’t matter they just check 12th percentage
