    • @TheFoamWitch
      @TheFoamWitch  Месяц назад +2

      Sure! ☺️The waist on the mannequin is 33 inches so I think the template will be about 35 as it’s not completely skin tight.
      If you use the “posted method” to print it off, you can scale it up or down by percentages, so that would depend on your own waist size!
      I don’t know how accurate it is but I’ve heard I you take your own waist size and divide it by the size of the template, it will give you a number that matches the percentage you should print off at

    Awesome work. Is there a reason you didn't paint the additional detail pieces prior to sticking them on to the main torso? If you did this again, which approach would you take? 🤔

    • @TheFoamWitch
      @TheFoamWitch  2 месяца назад

      @@catspyjamass do you mean the the blue side pieces? It's just easier to seal everything together and then paint it all after the sealer has been done. I
      f I painted these before sticking them on, I would have to cover it all in masking tape which takes more time.
      If you stick them on after the yellow was painted, you can run the risk of pulling the paint underneath off and them coming unstuck. If everything is sealed first, together, then it has a layer keeping everything stuck in place 😊
      I wouldn't paint it in a different way if I did it again 😊👍

      @@RanggaSalman honestly, I need to figure out an actual method, because at the moment it will just be trial and error. The waist on the mannequin is 33 inches so I think the template will be about 35 as it’s not completely skin tight.
      If you use the “posted method” to print it off, you can scale it up by percentages, so that would depend on your own waist size!
      I don’t know how accurate it is but I’ve heard I you take your own waist size and divide it by the size of the template, it will give you a number that matches the percentage you should print off at

    How do you take off the border when printing that to get the full template

    • @TheFoamWitch
      @TheFoamWitch  5 месяцев назад

      There shouldn't be a border, so I'm not sure. Make sure to print on A4 scale and if there is an option on the pdf printer to make the border zero (usually a little type in box) then make sure that is set to 0 😊

      Nope it didn't get taken down by RUclips! It turns out the first few minutes for some reason has disappeared, so I've just hidden it for not until I can do a little bit of editing explaining what happened 👍

    Can I use Palight Foam PVC Sheet with your template pattern

    • @TheFoamWitch
      @TheFoamWitch  3 месяца назад

      I can't see why now! As long as it's flexible enough to make some of the curved 😊 I've known people use my templates with all sorts of materials, it doesn't have to be Eva foam 👍👍

      @TheFoamWitch  3 месяца назад

      @@jessiepayne9217 is that like styrofoam? Like they use fragile things for packaging? I'm not sure that would be ideal as it isn't really flexible and would probably crack when bent

      @TheFoamWitch  5 месяцев назад +1

      So if you print using a pdf printer, there is an option to set the scale I believe. If you set it up, and use the "poster" method I think it is, it will add the templates over multiple pages 😊
