I think it was mostly 5mm, some 10 and some thicker foam dowel. I don’t know exact amounts you will need to buy as I just used what I had. I get all my foam from Tyges supplies and it comes in 1x2 meter sheets. Thats gonna be way more than enough with a lot left to spare

I haven’t specifically made a video for these yet as I’m still building. They are shin guards, but the same techniques apply 👍

When I looked at the reference photos it looked like there was leaf pattern on there. I thought I would look to see if a roller like that even existed and it did! 👏👏👏

It was made to be full size and wearable so it should! You can always scale it up or down if needed. It’s a little big for my head (I have a tiny peanut sized head 🤣) so I added padding on the headband and it now fits perfectly ☺️

I don’t have specific measurements unfortunately. You could open the template file and measure them before printing 👍

Well, best would be the recommended 5mm…. But you can really use whatever you want. I wouldn’t go much lower than 4mm though as would end up flimsy 👍
