These negative traits are gradually being revealed, making the role more intriguing. To consider this a "forced imposition" to cast him as a villain against the hero is unfounded. 2. Adeel and Natasha both have an interest in each other, but initially, they do not openly express it because they come from a sophisticated society. Meeting in private is not an option at this early stage of their relationship; such encounters might occur once they become more intimate.

Good observation by Atiqa G about how Fahad and Emnad do not look like brothers in some ways, but great casting of the parents in the sense, because Emmmad does look like Javed Sheikh a bit, and Fahad a bit like Bushra Ansari. The difference in looks is a good commentary on the value of the superficial aspect of a human versus the goodness in character. Having said that though, I personally have always found Fahad more attractive than other fair-n-lovely heros.
I don’t agree that Adeel’s character looks forced at all or the bad guy. There are traits to him that are good like wanting to take care of his parents financial needs even before marriage. And what Natasha ‘seems’ to have from his pov is a calm, confident woman who admires him, not obsesses over him. Rubab is extremely insecure & controlling from the beginning where she wanted him to shut off his phone while his mother called, insulted his parents when he wanted to stay with them, didnt trust him & want him to live at his parents, rudely asks him to do minor tasks. He’s definitely on the wrong but her masculine dominant traits pushed him away further

The thing about Adeel is, he's a narcissist and people with that personality type love being idealised. Rubab used to initially be smitten by him and stroked his ego a bit but her actual nature is a very controlling, no bullshit sort of woman. Natasha however is catering to his egoistic and self obsessed side.
Even his Hera Pheri is very realistic, corruption happens everywhere all the time and it gives us a background on how Adeel has ‘succeeded’ when compared to honest Mustafa. They have toned down this action by making Adeel think he deserves this- he’s almost justifying it. So yes they tried to make him still look classy although he’s clearly dishonest

I’m a big fan of Korean dramas and always thought Pakistani dramas should take note!! I am basically Marina as the audience haha.i wish they would use more staging and art direction for the scenes in Pakistani dramas because we only use a few sets and in K dramas there is a WHOLE major budget just for the set. I also love that they have used fun edits for this drama like that rickshaw scene transition. I hope they start showing the text messages on the screen also and not on the actual phone blurred lol. All these little things make such a huge difference because the ACTING is spot on they can’t do it any better but the rest of the things still need upgrading.

A few pointers 1. Adeels character is not forced upon its truly realistic and hes playing it damn well hes shown a Narcissist 2. The thing about Adeel is, he's a narcissist and people with that personality type love being idealised. Rubab used to initially be smitten by him and stroked his ego a bit but her actual nature is a very controlling, no bullshit sort of woman. Natasha however is catering to his egoistic and self obsessed side.

Even his Hera Pheri is very realistic, corruption happens everywhere all the time and it gives us a background on how Adeel has ‘succeeded’ when compared to honest Mustafa. They have toned down this action by making Adeel think he deserves this- he’s almost justifying it. So yes they tried to make him still look classy although he’s clearly dishonest

I’m a big fan of Korean dramas and always thought Pakistani dramas should take note!! I am basically Marina as the audience haha.i wish they would use more staging and art direction for the scenes in Pakistani dramas because we only use a few sets and in K dramas there is a WHOLE major budget just for the set. I also love that they have used fun edits for this drama like that rickshaw scene transition. I hope they start showing the text messages on the screen also and not on the actual phone blurred lol. All these little things make such a huge difference because the ACTING is spot on they can’t do it any better but the rest of the things still need upgrading.

I think Natasha was deliberately trying to insult both Hania and Mustafa by putting down Hania’s family members. A few pointers
1. Adeels character is not forced upon its truly realistic and hes playing it damn well hes shown a Narcissist
2. Concern over Adeel better looking than Mustafa to justify Javaid Sheikh is fair n good looking so its completely convincing enough for Adeel to be that good looking and Mustafa is usually out and about getting sun tanned so totally relevant to the characters of the family (credit goes to the casting team totally on point)
3. Rubab behaving out of character when talking to Sharjeenas family no shes not thats how Narcissists degrade others by pinpointing embarassments - her acting, language everything is on point

I want to say something about adeel's character if judges are reading my comment they will agree with me. Only a mentally strong guy can save his marriage with an independent and pretty girl. Hamari society ka har tesra mard adeel jesa hai. He cheated on his fiance for a better life now cheating on rubab. Those who say rubab is manipulative. She isn't manipulative at all. She is spoiled but she actually loves adeel. We are not talking about her fake care for adeel's family etc she has her own way of spending life and class .its different thing. Rubab is independent and opinionated and adeel doesn't love her after becoming her husband he is now suffocating. There was nothing wrong in it k ager wo bv k jutay utha laya. Rubab ki tone har kisi k sath ese hai jesy wo rude ho. Wo hai bhi. Per usko shadi se pehlay bhi pata tha ye ese he hai. rubab ar sharjeena dono se pyari nahi hai natasha na he koe career oriented aorat hai na he mazhab se koe lgao. Even she treats her husband like shit. She is abusive. In short weak men always choose to cheat on their partner because of their hurt ego.
