Love that it’s solid state and it gives you a way to hide the wiring connections, plus no need for vertical mount like Switch Pros. I have a sp9100 in my Cruiser but I think I’ll be putting this in my GX.

No CarPlay? Will there be more sizes available? Reality I only need 2-3 switches as I believe a lot of people are probably in that boat. I’d like to see a 4 switch.
I would love to put that switch control panel in a custom enclosure that replaces the tiny junk tray above the radio of my 2017 RAM 2500 Tradesman. It would be so clean. Looking forward to seeing if you are coming out with an upgraded fog light option for my truck, too. Been loving your products in my 2018 Dodge Charger Pursuit. Did a full LED conversion and its like a brand new car at night.
I absolutely love all the functionality, however I'm hesitant on the weather proofing of the main hub with the access from the bottom. Is there a silicone plug that the wires go through? The 8 gang switch also looks pretty large for the button layout configuration. Do you have a size comparison to competitors? My MicTuning P1S is about 3x5 and has 11 buttons on it and looks much smaller than the D Switch
The PCB inside the hub is fully potted, so weather won't be an issue. We'll be sharing more information such as the specific dimensions compared to other options soon. Sign up here to be the first to know more! www.diodedynamics.com/sema-launch-2024-offroad
Switch pros did this like 3 years ago, app interface might be a bit nicer along with the termination board, but its huge, the switch pro is what half this size....
I agree with you it has been done before. It is a good thing not all companies feel like since someone else alredy did it they shouldnt do it though. There would be no competition and no choice for consumers.

Will the triggers work with systems like in the 3rd Gen Colorado that don't have physical light switches (light switch is part of the infotainment system)?
Our trigger wires require a 12V discrete signal, so they won’t work with CAN, LIN, or other message-based communication systems like those integrated into the infotainment setup of the 3rd Gen Colorado. I'll be sure to put in a request for a solution!

@@alponj The controller has the bluetooth module inside to combat the laggy connection latency you would expect when you have the module inside the engine bay. The idea behind this is if the controller is inside the cab or right by your device, there is no delay when turning your lights on and off when using a mobile device.
The size seems large. I would be worried about finding space under the hood for something the size of the battery. The backlight functionality is great and the different modes seem really nice. The software seems really nice though! No loading bars, this seems like a very mature product out of the gate. Great job
It will not be compatible at this time. Since the Power Switch is under the umbrella of Garmin's navigation system, they found a loophole to allow for the app to be compatible on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Never say never though!
i like what diode dynamics has been doing the last few years this is pretty slick.

I freaking love that!!!!
Love this - been rethinking the lighting setup on my 4Runner, and this may be the way to go! This panel is awesome!
OMG. I love it! I needed it!
I'm in the market now for a switch panel and had planned on the Switch Pros. Would have been an easier decision had you told us the price point.

I will absolutely be getting this for my SxS

Legal issues will prevent CP or AA being used as switches
Very well done! 🔥🔥🔥
The stacking of light circuits is awesome! Its one thing I miss not having in my Raptor. I'd use this over my factory aux switches!

Can you connect multiple switch panels to the "hub"? Aka put 1 panel in the cab of the truck, and another in your truck bed camper?
That’s why I have spod 😎
Not at this time-but never say never!
Finally! I love my switchpro, but I'm looking for something for the new build. This is the SwitchPro, but better!
Sick

Will it work when the ignition is off and have a sleep mode, like the switch pros? If yes then Im sold!
Yes, he explains this at 4:24 that you can have it tied to the ignition if you want, otherwise it turns on/off by the switch.
Yep-you'll have a trigger for ignition and 3 additional triggers to wire how you please!

It will use two barrel style connectors; the same size as our Rock Light harness! This will be very easy to wire up!
No way to make that controller wireless?
