Ingredients:
Produce
3/4 cups, Frozen Okra
2 celery sticks, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced(petite)
1(medium) yellow onion, diced(petite)
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp, Parsley(Chopped)
(Personal Preference;Add 1/2 cup, tomatoes to your liking)
Meats
1 lb Chicken Thighs(Boneless & Skinless)
1 lb Smoked Sausage(Turkey Was used in this video/recipe)
1.5 lbs Snow Crab Clusters
Seasonings
2 Tbsps, Cajun seasoning
1 1/2 Tbsp, garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbsp, onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
( Season to taste and dietary restrictions)
1 Tsp, Gumbo File
Baking & Oils (Roux)
1/4cup + 2 Tbsps, all-purpose Flour
1/3 cup + 2 Tbsps, Vegetable oil
