Hi Tim,
Blessings from Taiwan
Do you have the link for the FULL episode?
Thank you for your sharing.

Love the vibe of this conversation, refreshing after countless hours of dead serious ones. Tim, you’re the OG of podcasting and it shows. 🐐
tim basically started podcasts
@@outtrigger pretty much, he was a bit too early too IMO.
When Tim put on the glasses I immediately thought of the eye mask that Robin from Batman wears. Look up a picture of it. So similar. lol 😂😂😂
Perfect video right now.
Very likeable guy. Great conversation.
I loved every part of this
Tim looks like a super hero in those glasses. Going to have to diversify now if you go vigilante;
I went to France for 5 weeks, everything fitted in a backpack, including my laptop
Right on... I went around the world in five months with a backpack and a guitar in its case.
a phone is better than a laptop
I live with a backpack like this for 1.5 years now. I quite enjoy it so far.
Main downsides for me: working with a laptop all the time results in a back pain; I miss my piano.
Otherwise it is fine : )
buy a laptop stand and get a keyboard so you aren't hunched over the whole time. I use one called Roost Laptop stand which folds down small to fit in one bag
Sam should market those focus goggles!

Watch till the end
It pops up on the top right "Ultimate guide to virtual assistant"
This is peak "You will own nothing and be happy" vibe. This lifestyle makes you completely reliant on other people, far beyond the normally thought of level to an almost parasitic state because all his physical requirements (food, water, shelter, security) for living are completely dependent on being in a low-crime, first world country. He didn't elude to having any sort of EDC weapon for protection nor how would eat/drink without buying take-out.
He is making enough money and has an almost world wide accepted credit card
Take out is surprisingly cheaper in foreign countries than having to cook yourself (it often tastes better too)
@@EddyLeeKhane No where in the world is it cheaper to buy take-out every day than it is to cook it yourself... As for the credit card, you're not disproving my point because that credit card relies on a working modern infrastructure that can connect to the first world for payment processing. It's living the most urbanite, bugman existence possible where if/when problems arise his options will be massively limited if he has to survive on his own means.
@@MrSnivvel you underestimate the "third World"
Gotta travel around a bit my friend
I've been to the literal jungle and they accepted my card and had internet with decent enough speed of 15mbits
And I paid literally 4$ for a 3 part menu, drinks included
Now I'm in Bulgaria and pay around 5-8$ for a full meal (drinks and side dishes included) which would cost about 20$ in the "first World"
Also, that guy there is a freelancer who can work from any place with an Internet connection, which is basically everywhere available (besides some super deep jungles or deserts)
He won't be the one to suffer the WEF "you will own nothing and be happy"
Especially since he is doing it voluntarily and not out of necessity or being ordered by some overlords
It's the poor who will suffer from carbon/meat/travel taxes imposed upon the world
Those with the financial means to escape will survive, that's the tragedy
The poor are getting sacrificed (though in the long-term noone will survive I suppose, due to drastic population decline)
While I think we would agree the "you will own nothing" narrative comes from wanna-be dictators and their authoritarian apologists, I think this video is more about a minimalist *travel* setup than an actual lifestyle. The dude IS carrying the freaking Constitution with him after all. Moreover (again going back to unjust authoritarianism) RUclips absolutely HATES individuals espousing any sort of armed self-defense so discussing that would have been an easy way to get demonetized.
If it's a big backpack, yes... Need room for that travel guitar.
I like that he doubled down on underwear.
He may travel light but he makes his wife carry a duffel bag and has a horse out back with a couple saddle bags. 😊
Did he steal this concept from Up In The Air? Hilarious 😂
one pant seems to be a bit less though, just from a hygiene perpective. rest of the wardrobe is fine.
Nah - only need one pant / set of jeans - confirmed by Levi's Ceo and Matt D'avella
Wondering night 78
I don't believe you. What about a jacket, a winter coat, cooking utensils, computer, bed, car, gym equipment, a life size statue of Boa Hancock (One Piece)?
You know. Things you need.
Kind brother 48
Why not just download the constitution offline on the phone?
Paper doesn't require batteries.
@@MrSnivvel A top G never runs out of battery!
Love it. He has a constitution… sadly means he’s a right wing extremist these days to the non-thinking lol.
no. I cannot. but then again, I'm not a hobo.
no toothbrush? how about other hygiene items like soap and shampoo or nail cutter and on and on? unreasonable. I didn't even get into medicine or prescriptions and other must have documents such as a driver license or passport or health insurance card. he obviously has more stuff than what he is mentioning here
oh man his socks are horrible looking
Yes I can. But what for? What's the bennefit? To be less effective? At the same time there is conversation about super, duper pair of sunglasses. This man has a small kid mentality. Nothing useful for 99,9% of population
I bet he has accomplished way more things than you. I have no proof but no doubt either.
Ngl, You sound like the people that dont do stuff and give crap to those who do stuff
