Sad, Dark never wanted to hurt Chosen in the first place, he was so excited to show Chosen his new Virus
I think a lot of people look over the fact this is one of the moments TSC would do *anything* to save/avenge his friends, even if it kills people(if because we dunno if TDL is truly dead, Alan himself said he hasn’t decided)
I love the detail that the ones who weren't there for the events were surprised by what happened more. Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue were there for the vast majority of the events, but not the flashback, or the time they were dead. When reacting to those parts, they were more surprised to see what had happened. Meanwhile the characters who were there for the events(such as TCO and TDL) weren't surprised as much, and if they were, they were the quickest to not be any more, like they were just remembering after having forgotten for a moment(Such as with the reveal of TSC's abilities when they heal). This also meant the characters who weren't in the events at ALL(Purple and King Orange in this instance) were unaware of what had happened until seeing it. I loved that detail.
