Dzann88 No, actually, it didn't hit the tracks. It literally ricocheted off the frontal armor of that artillery. If it had hit the tracks, the symbol above it would've gone white, instead of black. You can hear the guy say "we didn't penetrate their armor!" and.. stuff. Yeah, I took a round with the M3 Priest once (I'm aware that was an M7 Priest) and the frontal armor of that thing was stupid, if I remember correctly, over 100mm's of armor in the front in a tier 3 vehicle. Now obviously it isn't the entire frontal part of the tank, it's only an area closer to the lower plate, but given those artillery are just cardboard boxes ready to explode, you won't really be aiming there. So yeah, it didn't actually hit the tracks.
***** One thing is one you dont see a KV-1S pop up and it hits you and stays hidden = HOLY MOTHER OF **** WHAT WAS THAT. When a KV-1S is seen and is coming at your tier 5 or lower tank = damnitdamnitdamnitdamnit!

Love the Stug III probably one of my all time favs. But yeah that ammo capacity is a bit of a sack tap, it's not cringe worthy but it will make you stop in your tracks when you realize you have 2 shots left.
Everything you said about the M6... Applies to the Vk 36.01 (H) with the 88mm! Gret tank, very fast for a heavy, little more than decent gun, and pretty good armor :) GERMANY!
I'll agree with everything except the part about the gun. 132 pen is painfully bad at tier 6. You can make it work cause, like you said, the rest of the tank is fine. but I really wouldn't call the short 88 a good gun...
12:21. Been there, done that. I was on Murovanka in my StuG in a tier 7 game sitting on 5 kills and going for my Top Gun medal. We were winning comfortably with only 2 enemy tanks left and when I found myself only doing 50 odd damage to the rear of an AMX AC 46 and 70 damage with another shot, I realised that the gun was reloading and the reticle turned red to show that I was out of ammo :)
Great video Jingles! I play on Xbox 360 and have like 3 Tier 8 (non premiums of course) and my beloved, and feared T95! And I am also urging forces to split evenly because MOST of the time in a battle like you said "Its a game of maneuver warfare. Its a game of dominating the map features." Which is what I tell people in game chat! I also say "Having you with me will help keep the enemies at bay." Having just another tank with hit points can help me absorb shots (even if its just 1) and potentially finish off/damage/stall the enemies that can help decide a fallen or defended flank!!! Which a fallen flank usually turns into a defeat! Especially in low tier (1-6) games which is why those games end so quickly. The maneuver warfare in WoT is exactly why I believe Meds are the best. Which is what Meds are, maneuverable but not as much as lights but you sustain much more hits and more damage in a Med than a light. Which is why I absolutely dominate in my Jumbo Sherman! Even in Tier 7 matchups! Nice to know someone has a mind out there! God the 360 WoT community is retarded. You have the just complete idiots and the snobs who think they are good and talk shit but really are not. I can tell if a person knows what he is doing VERY well. I just wish I knew a good 360 WoT commenter on RUclips...
The gun that got the largest number of armored kills was the 5cm L/60 antitank gun. Next up was the the 7.5cm L/48, as both the antitank version and mounted on the StuG III.
Loved all of the tanks in this line up jingles. Earned my first top gun in my stug, the m6 remains one of my favorite heavies to this day and I got my first Ridley Walters and pool's medal with 12 kills and 7000 damage done in a tier 8 game with my su 122-44. I only have one regret to this day and that was that I wasn't recording when I played that round and hadn't thought of at least taking a screen shot. Sometimes you bite yourself in the ass before you realize it, lol

I understand that those things on the ends of tank barrels are NOT muzzle breaks. They are direct the blast in such a way as to reduce dust...a topic Jingles has addressed.
8:40 while the muzzle-break is an okay rule of thumb, it doesn't always work, off the top of my head the only gun on the m6 WITH a MB is the A2 cannon, so going with the muzzle break thing, hes either incredibly dangerous, or stock as balls :P

I'll have you know that I consider the 107mm gun on the T-150 as better than the 122mm gun on the KV-1S, It's still got the auto penetration value, while also having more DPM and still has scary enough damage to keep people from coming around corners at you, it's a great middle ground gun for such a lovely tank ;D
Speaking of Eddie reminded me, I have this weird thing about me where I can't drive a tank that's simple to drive very well, but if it's complicated to drive I can wreck in it fairly easy.
I started going down the Stug 3 line before there were any tier 10 TDS aside from the E-100. I gave up on it because of how goddamned long it takes to get to tier 6.

It's the fact of playing and knowing where things happen and watching the mini map. Too many clown holes rush to spots they have banged out large damage and XP in previous matches...and they refuse to expand and be flexible.
I really loved playing the M6, I Had awesome games with it, especially with the gun depression, and the gun can be very good in higher tier games, unlike the KV-1S gun
I loved my M6, it was the first tank i kept for long time. Before that i always sold my old tanks. Especially when only KV1S was the enemy and there was no france in game yet.

Uh, Jingles, the Stug series never used the L/70. They used the short 75 at first, some were upgunned to the L/43 and then some were upgunned to the L/48. They had a very healthy 3:1 kill ratio in the war and their guns were more effective at supporting infantry than the Panther was, due to the better high explosive shell. Edit: The tank that did use the L/70 was the Jagdpanzer IV, but most used the L/48. The L/70 was in short supply and unnecessary but Hitler insisted that they be upgunned to the longer gun. Biggest problem with the L/70 on the Jagdpanzer IV was that it made the tank very front heavy and could tip over if used without sufficient caution, and again, it also lacked a decent high explosive round.
I absolutely loved the M6. Possibly the best prepared lineage in the game, coming from the T1. Play it the same and grin from ear-to-ear when you hit someone with that great 90mm. Got my ace tanker the second match I played in it. I will take the solid DPM, great accuracy and bouncy frontal armor of the M6 over alpha, shite accuracy and paper armor of the KV1S, every single time.
i feel like when i play a tier 6 match its the team with the most kv1s's that wins, and that takes away the fun of tier 6 matches when you play a different tank than the kv1s
I ground my way all the way up to the IS-3 with the BL-9 so far and man are they worth it especially after that stock gun on the KV-1S that can bounce off Tier I tanks. and I also have the Conqueror, Centurion 7/1, Tiger II, T95, and T32 Can't wait for my IS-8/IS-7, E75/E100, and M103

Jingles, great video as always, but I wanted to ask any Tankers out there... So, is there any way I can improve myself to be of more use to my team? I seem to see a lot of matches where i maybe kill a tank or two, and earn 1 round 400-700 XP, and I just wanted to know any tips for anyone, or any advice in general?
I liked the T1 heavy alot more than the M6. I know the M6 has better armor on paper, but my experience was that the M6 won't bounce shit no matter how you angle it. With the T1 I could pretty reliably bounce other tier 5s.
Jingles! Glad to see some mid-tier stuff, I prefer those kinds of tanks myself. KV-1 is stronk tank, and there are few things more fun than a Derp Sherman, even after the nerf.
It's funny how you see people posting screenshots of them being on top of the list by damage done in a lost fight, and complain how their team didn't know what they were doing. Well, more often than not they themselves could have been in a better tactical position, because it's not just about the damage that wins games and inexperienced players don't sometimes get this.
Jingles, I haven´t seen a SU-152 video in a while i don´t know if u ever posted one because i never checked. Would be nice to see some Tier 7 derp gun action. Which gun do you prefer on SU-152? I prefer 122 mm D-25S. Good rate of fire, average damage in Tier 7 and good aim time. Could u please do a video of SU-152?
Heck yeah the M6 is great. The problem is that a lot of guys don't really know what they're doing when they get the M6, not to mention that their crews might not even be at 100% yet. But if you go back to it after getting higher in the tiers, you can do some really good work in it, even in tier 8 games. Love that 90mm.
Jingels can you also play the T20 once. And of you think it's not so good, I've had some battles where I came in first place with moore than 2000 damage done.
I think the marder 38t is also one of those overlooked gems. It can do 1000+ damage in even tier 6 matches with its good penetration and awesome rate of fire. Get a buddy in another one and the tanks melt in your sights.
When I started grinding down the new German TD line I was really surprised by how much of a pleasure that 38T was to drive. Alas, I only have so many garage slots.
there should be a item to boost ammo supply a + 5 for mediums/scouts a + 10 for heavy an TD n arty would make choosingr yur 3 equips more interesting perhaps nice vid poor eddy in that last one lol
El Hulluf is one of my favorite maps! Now ive never played the pc version but i play the 360 edition of WoT. I often rush towards the other side with high tier medium tanks with the detection and view range that rivals that of scout tanks like the m24 chaffee. (I love my centurion 7/1) and ive gotten over 2300 damage with a spotting damage of over 6000 (Because i was the only one with guts enough to rush to the enemy side of the ravine) also the enemy couldnt shoot me without risking getting shot at by my teammates because of my invaluable spotting and shooting.
Antonov - Since you most likely already have the KV-1S, you should be familiar with the 122mm gun. It just gets a general buff in the IS (reload etc). In Tier 7 matches you are a force to be reckoned with, but remember that there are other heavies in that tier that you need to pay attention to; The T29 will mess you up if it gets in a hull down position, since you have VERY little chance in penning its turret, while the Tiger has much higher DPM (at least until they nerf it...which is still the rumor), so do not get into a sniping contest with. Be a general brawler and bully smaller tanks with that Alfa. In higher tier games (mainly tier 9) - your armor will not hold up, so be very careful and play a supporting role. The 390 Alfa of the 122mm will sting even tier 9 tanks, but the 175mm penetration is lackluster at best so 1) try to sneak in flanking shots and 2) bring a healthy amount of premium ammo (you will run the risk of running a cash loss, but IF you damage a tier 9 with the premium it should make up for the cost of the shell to some extent). Use the IS as more of a medium support tank (NOT a sniper...even though we all know the HIGHER the number, the better the aim for USSR tanks ;-), in tier 9 and a brawler in tier 7. Tier 8 all depends on the match-up. Hope this helps. //Q

M6 is a tank i underastatmate, but for good reason. I can only think of one time i lost a 1 vs 1 against an M6, because i didnt know his front turret is the same as his hull

When i had my M6, i always found myself killing overconfident IS tanks. They would put a shot or two into me, and i would pick them apart with my rate of fire. Nobody feared the m6, so they just sat in front of me.
I once bounced at least 50-60(they weren't small shells) shots on the turret of my T-34-85 the rage on the enemy team was awesome. Although I didn't do too good it was fun.

Using the 88 on the VK 3601H is a sin, u have to use the waffle 75 gun to be great

I never had issues with the ammo load... mostly because I never survived long enough to fire enough of it.

Jingles, great video as always, but I wanted to ask any Tankers out there...
So, is there any way I can improve myself to be of more use to my team? I seem to see a lot of matches where i maybe kill a tank or two, and earn 1 round 400-700 XP, and I just wanted to know any tips for anyone, or any advice in general?
I liked the T1 heavy alot more than the M6. I know the M6 has better armor on paper, but my experience was that the M6 won't bounce shit no matter how you angle it. With the T1 I could pretty reliably bounce other tier 5s.
Jingles! Glad to see some mid-tier stuff, I prefer those kinds of tanks myself. KV-1 is stronk tank, and there are few things more fun than a Derp Sherman, even after the nerf.
I had the KV-1s and the M6. Liked both, but the M6 was more fun for me
1s has a worse stock grind, which could be why.
It's funny how you see people posting screenshots of them being on top of the list by damage done in a lost fight, and complain how their team didn't know what they were doing. Well, more often than not they themselves could have been in a better tactical position, because it's not just about the damage that wins games and inexperienced players don't sometimes get this.
Jingles, I haven´t seen a SU-152 video in a while i don´t know if u ever posted one because i never checked. Would be nice to see some Tier 7 derp gun action. Which gun do you prefer on SU-152? I prefer 122 mm D-25S. Good rate of fire, average damage in Tier 7 and good aim time. Could u please do a video of SU-152?

Heck yeah the M6 is great. The problem is that a lot of guys don't really know what they're doing when they get the M6, not to mention that their crews might not even be at 100% yet. But if you go back to it after getting higher in the tiers, you can do some really good work in it, even in tier 8 games. Love that 90mm.

Jingels can you also play the T20 once. And of you think it's not so good, I've had some battles where I came in first place with moore than 2000 damage done.

I think the marder 38t is also one of those overlooked gems. It can do 1000+ damage in even tier 6 matches with its good penetration and awesome rate of fire. Get a buddy in another one and the tanks melt in your sights.
I think it already was given enough attnetion when it was the Marder II
And it also runs out of ammo more than the StuG but its definitely a gem and really overpowered in the right hands.
When I started grinding down the new German TD line I was really surprised by how much of a pleasure that 38T was to drive. Alas, I only have so many garage slots.

I don't know how much I should respect an m6 if I come across one in my IS 3 with the 122 mm BL 9
the SU is a monster if you put vents, gun rammer, and GLD
there should be a item to boost ammo supply a + 5 for mediums/scouts a + 10 for heavy an TD n arty would make choosingr yur 3 equips more interesting perhaps

I really should have bought the SU-122-44 instead of the SU-100Y... I just couldn't resist the allure of the 130mm gun at tier6 though.
El Hulluf is one of my favorite maps! Now ive never played the pc version but i play the 360 edition of WoT. I often rush towards the other side with high tier medium tanks with the detection and view range that rivals that of scout tanks like the m24 chaffee. (I love my centurion 7/1) and ive gotten over 2300 damage with a spotting damage of over 6000 (Because i was the only one with guts enough to rush to the enemy side of the ravine) also the enemy couldnt shoot me without risking getting shot at by my teammates because of my invaluable spotting and shooting.

Antonov - Since you most likely already have the KV-1S, you should be familiar with the 122mm gun. It just gets a general buff in the IS (reload etc). In Tier 7 matches you are a force to be reckoned with, but remember that there are other heavies in that tier that you need to pay attention to; The T29 will mess you up if it gets in a hull down position, since you have VERY little chance in penning its turret, while the Tiger has much higher DPM (at least until they nerf it...which is still the rumor), so do not get into a sniping contest with. Be a general brawler and bully smaller tanks with that Alfa.
In higher tier games (mainly tier 9) - your armor will not hold up, so be very careful and play a supporting role. The 390 Alfa of the 122mm will sting even tier 9 tanks, but the 175mm penetration is lackluster at best so 1) try to sneak in flanking shots and 2) bring a healthy amount of premium ammo (you will run the risk of running a cash loss, but IF you damage a tier 9 with the premium it should make up for the cost of the shell to some extent). Use the IS as more of a medium support tank (NOT a sniper...even though we all know the HIGHER the number, the better the aim for USSR tanks ;-), in tier 9 and a brawler in tier 7. Tier 8 all depends on the match-up.

M6 is a tank i underastatmate, but for good reason. I can only think of one time i lost a 1 vs 1 against an M6, because i didnt know his front turret is the same as his hull

Jingles you know how you hate the m3 lee well i think you should draw your attention to the char b1 next cause if you want crap that i personally find worse then the lee its in the b1

When i had my M6, i always found myself killing overconfident IS tanks. They would put a shot or two into me, and i would pick them apart with my rate of fire.
Nobody feared the m6, so they just sat in front of me.
I once bounced at least 50-60(they weren't small shells) shots on the turret of my T-34-85 the rage on the enemy team was awesome. Although I didn't do too good it was fun.

Not to be rude or anything but... Is it me or is there something with the Stug that you can't aim with? Because when i played the Stug i would maybe miss 1 or to shots a game :/
