I’ve toured 6 colleges all across the south (Alabama , Mississippi and Louisiana) from big to small, and LA Tech felt like home. Everyone felt like they wanted to be there. The tour guides kept it 100 with me and my friend who was also touring. The professors seemed super accommodating and just wanted to make sure we spent our money wisely and that we were prepared to come to college. Never once did I hear anyone on campus bash another college. Except for the clock tower, having the number 4 spelt wrong in Roman numerals (courtesy of ULM students 😂). Generally great experience for a smaller university.

Technical college is a lot different learning wise than a normal university
better academics and smaller school is better for some people
