The attention to detail and the extensive work invested in the editing process contribute to the film's overall excellence.
First of all, i want/need to say thank you for this video! I have seen many LeMans videos because of the current hype, but this one is the best of all!!!! 👍 Everything is right, pictures, editing, voice and suspense, i was really excited to see if you managed to finish ahead of the Porsche and the McLaren (I actually held my breath during your little mistake on the curb in the very last corner - that says it all 😀). I'm also an "old bone" from (1959 built in Germany😄- maybe that explains my english) and when my time permits, i do sim-racing and when i finally retire in two years, i hope for more....... I only recently installed AMS2 and i'm delighted with it. Because of my irregular times i drive more offline and this sim is great at that and i also really enjoy immersing myself in my long-standing motorsport hobby. I had to leave a subscription in the hope of more such pearls Greetings from one old bone to another and thanks again!
Thank you so much for your positive feedback - I really appreciate it, and am glad you enjoyed the video, I had great fun putting it together. Your English is very good! Being of “older bones” you should come and join us in “Andi’s Mini League”, it is for drivers over 50 years of age, and we welcome all levels of driving expertise. Go have a look at some of my recent videos from that online league, and let me know if you are interested 👍🏻🏁
I bet the shake of the head at 1:54 was an appreciation to how amazing racing in vr is. I do it, sometimes I think to myself how amazing it is for us to have the technology like this to enjoy, it’s breathtaking
Pretty sure it was 😂 - when playing pong on an old TV as a 10 year old in the early 70’s, never in my wildest dreams did I think we would ever get here…so immersive 👍🏻🏁🏴
Great stuff man! Love AMS2 and the Metalmoro... Will try Le Mans for sure after seeing this. Great editing and regards from a fellow AMS2 enthusiast. Come try and beat me on Sudschliefie in the MetalMoro - no competition for now... Keep it up, coool content!
Aw mate, thanks for the positive feedback, it’s really appreciated. I’ll check out that car/track combo - I’d never driven the Metalmoro before making the Le Mans video, but you are right…what a car! 👍🏻🏁🏴
The P4's are great fun to drive/race. A few more low power suggestions, the 1999 Omega Stock Car is a must drive IMHO, also give the UK Mini Challenge a go as well as the ARC. Great Video btw. I see you already know the Mini when I looked at your past videos :)
Go on with the class editing, Shows the Old Men can just as good if not better than the young heads, The young heads still got a lot to learn, lol.... This Update is off the hook stunning, I am only running a 12gb 3060 with an I5 12600k, The GPU and CPU goes well though, No bottlenecking I don't think, lol, Another thing I noticed with this new update is I got a bit more FPS, I started Sim Racing to help with the Anxiety I gets, It can be painful in my legs, Restless legs can hit me bad some days, I also suffer with CPTSD, No it is not an STD lol, Complex PTSD sucks though, Effects me in nearly all my aspects of life, Some days are worse than others, But I found Sim Racing to be an anxiety reliever, I say reliever because it is not a cure, Sim Racing can help, I think it is because you use you hands feet and brain in sequence there for releasing any tension, Hey Reiza could use that as marketing not that they need marketing, AMS2 is by far the best Sim Racing title at the moment, It is t he only one I puts on lol, I got about 7 different Sim's too, lol, AMS2 is the only one I puts on, And the multiplayer is getting more popular, So Reiza deserves all the success they get from this Sim Racing title...... Quality video that is for sure, The old dudes can still keep with the young dudes, This shows that lol.... Stay safe mate and Happy New Year...
Thank you for the positive feedback friend - yes, the Madness engine is so well optimised, runs great on mid spec hardware. glad to hear sim racing helps with mental health, it does for me as well, gives me something else to think about! Happy New Year to you.
@@norbsy wow, really - I shall try them tomorrow! The camera angles in the game are superb, they really play into the hands of content creators like myself. It would be good to see more obvious camera controls in the UI eventually.
Liked and subbed. I just want to add fantastic job on the video, great editing and really fun to watch! I see you are running with everything pretty much maxed but I do have a couple of questions: What graphics card are you running, is it still the 3070? And, what VR headset are you using? Again, thanks for the great content!

What he said. The care you put into that really shows. Fantastic watch. Btw, pretty sure the Porsche locked.
@@PaulDugganthanks so much for the positive feedback, it is really appreciated! Yes, I also think it was the Porsche that locked up 👍🏁
Excellent video. For those who want to know: In replay mode just press: Right Ctrl + Left arrow Key to cycle through those modes.
Ah, I did not know that combination - I have been using the + and - keys on the keypad. Thanks for the positive feedback 👍🏻🏁🏴
Cool, enjoyed watching this!
Thanks for the positive feedback, always appreciated! 👍🏻🏁🏴
Well done! What a great race and excellent showcase of the new Le Mans track.

great video, nice edit!

Hi I’m a big VR tweaked. There’s a nice simple tweak that can sharpen up the vr image even more. I will forward the settings shortly
You should give the Group C's a go! Now we finally have a use for the low downforce versions of them!
I will - so many cars, so little time! 😂

Check out the VR trackside cameras as well. :)
Yes, I intend to do that - I take it you select "Trackside" when in VR and replay, and use the + and - keys to move to the next camera?

Thanks for the positive feedback and the sub! Yes, I still have the 3070, and my headset is an Oculus Rift S…
Is this race online or just AI? Nice graphics!
Just AI - the AI in AMS2 is really good, they put up a believable race, without making any daft moves. Thanks for the positive feedback 👍🏻🏁
in VR it looks as good as well?
Absolutely, the Madness engine is the best for VR performance…it looks stunning.
were you on the limiter in the P4 at le mans?
If I pressed my foot any harder, it would have been through the floor! 😂
@@OldManPlaysDrivingSims haha no doubt, but were you hitting the rev limiter?
Did you do any graphics adjustments?
I run a Reshade filter...that's all. All AMS2 settings pretty much at max, and recording from my screen (which mirrors the VR that I see).
@@OldManPlaysDrivingSims how do you run a reshade filter?
