- With the engine installed and plenty of future water crossings in mind. I decided to go all out on a closed air intake system. This meant a fully sealed air box and raised air intake with custom piping to suit.
All i can say, is we're getting real close now!
All , video, animation & editing is recorded and produced by me.

Man that is looking like one sweet ride 👍👍
Thank you legend!
At least you made sure the snorkel doesn’t come lose unintentionally, 4 bolts seems a bit overdone imho ;-)
Aslong as she doesnt fall off i'm a happy man, and i dont think that will be happening anytime soon! ahahah
Masterpiece right there!!! Congrats & a MASSIVE THANK YOU for sharing
No problem, thanks legend 🙌🏾
Awesome job. the build quality is amazing, well done.
Thanks Geoff!
Great video again! Nice to see the finer detail on the snorkel design from the broader picture of the faceballs posts. Big fan of the snorkel intake end 'nod' to the original exhast end with the angled tip, very subtle and well executed. 👍
Thanks Matt!, unfortunately it takes considerably more effort to create video's then throw up the odd photo or small clip on Instagram/facebook. I've always got the camera rolling so will eventually get the entire build process up on here! Thanks for following along and being part of the journey!
@@endakhudson , not a criticism at all. It's good to get a 'live' update on the faceballs of your progress but even better to get the detailed videos here. I really look forward to them coming out.
matt tonks thanks Matt, will try to role them out more frequently!
Looking good, keep up the good work!
Thanks Ian!
Looks so sick man awesome awesome work
Thank you legend! its coming along nicely!
Soo nice dude!
Thanks legend 🙌🏾
Great video. Thanks for sharing
Glad your enjoying it Chris!
Love your work!
Thanks Marc!
Annoying with that scratch but considering all the work you are putting in, not really unexpected. Looking amazing mate!
Many thanks Mark!
Man that is soooo slick! Felt your pain with the die grinder, they can wander in the blink of an eye...hate the damn things even though they're the right tool for the job. Only thing i wondered with the snorkel was some rubber inside the bracket to stop it rubbing on your lovely paint. Super update Endak, really well done.
Cheers Matt! Yeah was guttered, but you’re bound to get some battle scars along the way! Yeap one step ahead of ya! Got some rubber/ foam under the bracket to stop it rubbing🙌🏾.
Random question, what's the height measurement on your roof rack gutter mount? Love how it seats low mate
Each leg is different unfortunately due to the curve of the roof. So unfortunately you’ll just need to play around with it mate
E/A. It's coming together slowly mista ! Did your pipework fabricator brush the inside of his stainless steel to aid the laminar flow of intake air or exhaust ? Think of using black rubber trim channel pieces to complete the edge treatment of your bonnet and skuttle plate, which may just cover up your scratch suitably sir. V.
laminar flow and 300tdi are two words that i dont think go hand in hand ahahhaha.
