    I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just cook the beef for 25 mins in the pressure cooker . What is the benefit of cooking it twice ?

      Hi I find this makes the beef really lovely and soft and melt in the mouth. The two lots of pressure release do something magic.

    Pressure cooking done Lamb Curry right now... 😋😋😋 However, I don't see natural release option in mine. 🥺🥺🥺 OL601

    Absolutely pointless pressure cooking it twice. Very weird idea. I do exactly the same but pressure cook once for 25 mins.

      Whatever works for you. In our testing we get much better results cooking twice. Good quality meat helps too.
