Weird you had issues with the pin lock. I’ve never had an issue with fogging. But I primarily use the Gold Visor from Louis Moto. Not that it should be any different.
Late to the show but just to add my 2cents. I also use the gold visor and i never have any fogging issues.

How long are you rides? My commute to work is just under an hour and it happens around 30mins into the ride
10oC is about 50oF for the Americans
25oC is about 77oF again for the Americans!
