Tekken 4 was the first numbered game in the franchise to release on the PS2
and lets just say it was abit controversial. Does it deserve the criticism it got? Or is Tekken 4 a hidden gem amongst the series? lets find out.

Absolutely love these!! Please find a way of doing others too like street fighter mortal kombat and dead or alive. Virtua fighter too! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks man!! And yeah I'm a big fan of MK for my next one though I'm gonna be doing something a little different then fighting games to keep it fresh
t4 had my favorite Paul design, seeing him with his hair down for the first time was crazy back in the arcade
Yeah that was an underrated design no idea what they've done to him in Tekken 8 though 😂
@@DANNYBYT23 im glad you feel that way too lol, I thought it was just me but this Hemsworth Indiana Jones knock-off caught me off guard
Nostalgic Vibes... Tekken 4 and 5 are my favourite Tekken games of the Franchise. ☯️ By the way Tekken 4 had the best story and atmosphere no doubt. Also my favourite Tekken Intros of the series are 4 and 5. Especially Tekken 4, developers did a lot of things incredibly right, most storylines were incredibly cool and the atmosphere and seriousness was just on a another level. I don't think most would disagree that Tekken 4 had a great"everything-except-the-fighting" to it. Great and Epic soundtracks, unique character designs, good individual stories, and an interesting main Mishima arc revival. The thing is that it's still a fighting game and no matter how great everything else is, if the fighting bit is flawed it'll overshadow the positives. Tekken 4 is sourly the most unique and underrated (mostly because of the choices that hindered the competitive scene) but it is my favorite Tekken to date, because of the very seriousness Vibes of the Story aspects perspective. The seriousness atmosphere of Tekken 4 it's on another level in my opinion. The soundtrack is what gets me the most next to the game's atmosphere. With soundtracks like: Fetus(Prologue), Authentic Sky, Unihabited(Mall Area) Didgerhythm(Jungle Area) Touch and Go(Airport Area) and Kitsch(Beach Area) and The Inner Shrine(Hon-Maru Temple) and others soundtracks, For me Tekken 4 remains even in these days the most Unique Tekken game of the series. ☯️
GET OUT OF MY HEAD!! 😂 but yeah man you're right if a fighting game can't get its main purpose of existing right in the first place what good are the other things going for it. Thankfully Tekken 4 knocks everything else out of the park from its presentation to its approach on the storyline and of course stages and music. Thanks for leaving the comment man is good to see I'm not the only one who sees the potential in Tekken 4
BRUH! those cutaways!! 😵🤣🤣🤣
I'm glad people are enjoying them 😂 their is a moment dressed as a hotdog where I question what the hell I'm doing 😂😂
Can't believe you didn't use the absolute S-Tier script that was handed to you. It was short, to the point and had a gag in there and you dismissed him. Justice for Lawrence
He gave away too much of the story spoilers man
16:13 which is why the game was rated T
Makes sense 😂
11:22 Vale Tudo*
Hello
So why was this game considered controversial again ?
The massive change in gameplay probably factored into it the massive change in the layouts of stages aswell.
Hey you get off my cloud
"You don't know me and you don't know my style" really hope that was a Wu-Tang reference or this comments not gonna make any sense 😂
@@DANNYBYT23 It's a Hotel Mario reference
@@At-px6rm ahh damn close enough 😂
