Antigen avoidance seems to be most important in the management. Interesting findings in this article showing worse survival in patients with unkown antigen when treated with immunosuppression. The studies that do report response to immunosuppression do acknowledge the need for further RCTs to establish role. The role in altering patient prognosis and progression and been taken as equivocal with or without immunosuppressants . But some have reported decreased FVC decline and benefit of being able to switch to steroid sparing agents
