Love watching your videos of your beautiful boys 💜. People often ask me if i have to walk my GSP girl, Kalea, everyday. And i say with a laugh “ yes i have to”, when in fact there is really no walking her, she has to free run. I take her to the local ball fields, let her off leash and she has the best time ever, zoomies, sprinting the whole thing. I always make sure there is no one else at the field of course.
I would love to get that harness though, fir trail walks that i meed her to stay right with me. Thank you for all if your helpful suggestions!

Love the idea of a ball field! We have lots right by our house. I may try to take my boys there if possible

SD is a beautiful state. Love the variation of landscapes. Really dig the Black Hills. The western history is really interesting as well.

This looks great! Farty Freddie has good and bad days on the leash. He will walk to what we call ‘heal’ here in the U.K., but when he’s ’on it’ he’s in a pulling mindset. I like two things about this innovative leash.
Firstly, it frees your arms - for example I have a busted collar bone just now and it would be perfect for me. Secondly, it has that ‘bungy’ stretchy bit. This is a huge benefit with a big hunting breed, and certainly GSP’s. Our routine leash has a bungee built in and it’s literally transformed managing Freddie.
A ‘Covid’ baby, he’s never going to up to our usual standards and particularly for my wife who’s quite a bit smaller than me this looks great!
Do you know much about overseas purchases?

I do not, but they are very good at replying to messages if you reach out to the company.

Hey Tammy - unrelated question....did you ever use the ecollar for general obedience inside the house? ive spent a lot of time training with it off leash - and a lot of time training without it - my GSP is the best off leash but i would he is still needs some manners in the house. ;0

I have traveled all over South Dakota and am currently My Wife are looking at homes in the Yankton area as I would like to live close to the lake. I would like Lake Francis Case better as I have always thought it was the nicest reservoir in SD for scenery.
The BlackHills are awesome as the Badlands and I enjoyed fishing Lake Thompson.

I just wish my gsp would not act so crazy when I unleash her. She is a runner and will not come back to me until she is tired. I will definitely look into your recommended products.

Train her... Recall training isn't particularly hard, it just requires you to be consistent and persistent.

Another great video. I have two gsp's.. Cooper and Lexie. My dad and I are headed to South Dakota for the first time in mid December. If you know of any good place to hunt pheasant and what to share, let me know please?
