For those who don’t know why there is a person at water tanks was actually a missing file case. Elisa has checked into the hotel and in February people complained about the water taste. The cause of it was because Elisa was floating in the water tank.

All of those are pretty unnerving to be honest... Both Elisa Lam ones seemed to be a representation of her and her story in a way... The first one was very flowy with light white and blue kind of like an angel and the flowy and blue color representing floating and water. The second was was definitely more eerie.. the body looked kind of mis-shapened and couldn't really make out the face but it still had that light flowiness to it but with a more sad energy and the fact that the camera picked it this was on a building because you can see the window and door shapes but it still stood her on top of it right where the tanks are. Then there's the guy that jumped.. it was a male and it was the picture with the most detail it actually showed the balcony in detail with him standing looking out over it and his face has an uneasiness to it, definitely was not a cheerful face. The Hotel Cecil sign really blew my mind because 1. It's literally just a wall and 2. There's no shapes whatsoever it could mistake as a human but yet still came up with a giant half face, almost like that's the main spirit that looks over that place or more sinister, keeps them traps in... Then the most terrifying one of them all, the Richard Ramirez room... just a completely solid dark figure infront of a window and the only one that is inside the building according to the picture. The thing with Richard Ramirez is actually a little disturbing, because he was called the “night stalker” cuz he would creep around peoples houses at night and he would stare through their windows. The lid of the Tank was closed and you would need special equipment to get into it. Who knows how long she’d been in there, guests drinking out of it and washing their hands with it. Nobody knows what happened to this day. Around 15 people have died at this Hotel previously and were getting bad reviews and no customers, so they shut it down, For the better. I think the ONLY way to know for certain is to go over there and take a tape recorder,or a computer or a computer pad(with a recorder app on your pad or phone). I think it's interesting that a big half hidden face showed up where the sign is. I've seen a video where shaman and energy readers and mediums were looking into the energy of Hotel Cecil (not together but individually, using their own specialty). What they all had in common in their conclusion was that a powerful dark entity resided over or in the land in that area, which is also effecting Skid Row, literally down the street from the hotel. He looked the same but had a grin that drew from ear to ear. “You okay, buddy?” the father asked. The son nodded, still with the grin, before saying, “Daddy, check for monsters under my bed.” The father chuckled a bit before getting on his knees to check only to satisfy his son. They had pale skin, black hair and red eyes. A mother’s call A daughter was in her room upstairs, doing her homework, when suddenly she heard her mother call to come down for dinner. She jumped onto her feet and began making her way towards the stairs, but before even took a step, hands grabbed her and pulled her into the laundry room besides the staircase. She panicked before realizing it was her mother, her real mother, eyes watery and bloodshot. “Don’t go down there honey, I heard it too.”

So. Elisa was coming here for a reason I don't know. But there was footage of Elisa from a elevator and she was running into the elevator pushing buttons and she peeked out and came back in paceing back and fourth (I don't know what happened after that because it didn't show the full footage). She was found by maintenence after complaints of the water quality. The lid was open, he closed it, which is how the police found it. Her clothes were found in the tank. Hypothermia makes you think you're burning, so her being undressed isn't really that suprising. It was the state of the water tank being closed that made so many people think it was foul play. The truth is, once she jumped in alone, it was a done deal. Even with an open hatch, the water level was too low for her to reach the only exit.

The hotel staff checked the water tanks one day and found a women’s murdered body floating at the top of the tank, and they were petrified.

Not long after, customers started complaining to the hotel about the water smell and taste. The staff then checked the water tanks and found Elisa’s dead body rotting in there. Nobody knows how she died but it is thought that she committed suicide or was killed as she was seen running away from something.

All of those are pretty unnerving to be honest... Both Elisa Lam ones seemed to be a representation of her and her story in a way... The first one was very flowy with light white and blue kind of like an angel and the flowy and blue color representing floating and water. The second was was definitely more eerie.. the body looked kind of mis-shapened and couldn't really make out the face but it still had that light flowiness to it but with a more sad energy and the fact that the camera picked it this was on a building because you can see the window and door shapes but it still stood her on top of it right where the tanks are. Then there's the guy that jumped.. it was a male and it was the picture with the most detail it actually showed the balcony in detail with him standing looking out over it and his face has an uneasiness to it, definitely was not a cheerful face. The Hotel Cecil sign really blew my mind because 1. It's literally just a wall and 2. The lid of the Tank was closed and you would need special equipment to get into it. Who knows how long she’d been in there, guests drinking out of it and washing their hands with it. Nobody knows what happened to this day. Around 15 people have died at this Hotel previously and were getting bad reviews and no customers, so they shut it down, For the better. Netflix also made a documentary on Elisa, I suggest you watch it to see what happened and if I’m right. THIS TOOK FOREVER. ❤️🔫

I think the ONLY way to know for certain is to go over there and take a tape recorder,or a computer or a computer pad(with a recorder app on your pad or phone). Ask the spirits some questions, and pause then ask more stuff and pause..Later after all of the recording is finished, rewind or playback what you got on your recordings! I have gotten stuff on my digital recorder and also on a tape recorder device! It was amazing!!
P S. After you finish recording..you NEED to tell those,spirits to STAY where they are,and that you will come back to visit. Tell them you don't want them coming home with you at all!! Make that VERY clear!!

Elsa Liam was a regular girl and went to stay at this hotel. She seemed very perinoide according to footage ect. And then just went missing. People had complaints bc thewater was odd. The staff tried to check the water tanks. So heavy a lot of people had to help (many firemen) and they found Elsa Liam, nude, decomposing, and overall gross. That's where water tank come from, also many people have cometted suicide, and mass murders had stayed there. If you go be careful.. There have at least 16 deaths there.

I think it's interesting that a big half hidden face showed up where the sign is. I've seen a video where shaman and energy readers and mediums were looking into the energy of Hotel Cecil (not together but individually, using their own specialty). What they all had in common in their conclusion was that a powerful dark entity resided over or in the land in that area, which is also effecting Skid Row, literally down the street from the hotel. They all felt that entity had been there since before the industrialization of that area and for a long time, there were weird deaths and sacrifices in that area. Not just when the hotel was built. They also believe that entity draws certain people to it purposefully and some of them experienced past lives there.

There is nothing I love more than scary stories. The adrenaline! The rush of fear! If you know me then you would know how much I love telling creepy tales, especially during a sleepover with my friends. What I enjoyed the most were the short collections that I collected online as a kid, and I thought it might be fun to share these stories with everyone. Until this day, whenever I tell these stories it never fails to impress so here they are, five of some of my favourite short scary stories!
Who’s in my bed?
A father went to say good night to his seven year old son, very well knowing that if he didn’t his son would have trouble sleeping. It was a nightly routine between them. He entered the dimly lit room where his son waited under his blanket. With the first glance the father could tell there was something unusual about his son tonight, but couldn’t put his finger on it. He looked the same but had a grin that drew from ear to ear.
“You okay, buddy?” the father asked.
The son nodded, still with the grin, before saying, “Daddy, check for monsters under my bed.”
The father chuckled a bit before getting on his knees to check only to satisfy his son.
There, under the bed, pale and afraid, was his son. His real son. He whispered, “Daddy, there someone on my bed”.
The Cabin
A hiker decided to go on a hike by himself. Something he was not very used to. The whole day was normal. Trees and bushes engulfed his surroundings. He enjoyed being outdoors in the mountains. Nothing seemed strange to him, that was until he was making his way back to his car. He figured an eight hour hike was good enough. The sky was already getting dark and he needed to get back, fast. What was odd was how much he didn’t recognize the trail back. He began to panic.
Night had already taken over and all he had was a flashlight and no clue on how to get back. He knew it was already too late and too dangerous to keep going through the perilous forest. He began to worry that he would have no shelter for the night when almost luckily enough, he stumbled across a broken-down cabin. It was dark, and seemed like no one had visited it in years, but he knew it was the only place where he could rest until daylight, especially since his flashlight was running out of battery. He knocked on the door a few times but no one answered, so he let himself in where strangely enough, a perfect bed fitted for one person awaited him in the center. He knew that if the owner came back he could explain himself, he was sure that the owner wouldn’t mind, or was even probably dead. So he went ahead and got himself comfortable in bed. As he tried to sleep, he couldn’t ignore the collection of paintings around the room; portraits of strange looking people all peering at him, each wearing a smile that sent chills up his spine. Not too long after his exhaustion from the hike got the best of him and he was able to ignore the faces.
The next morning he got up early and was shocked to see that there were no paintings around the room, but windows…
The Red Wristband
A doctor was working at a hospital, a hospital where the patients were tagged with coloured bands. Green: alive. Red: deceased.
One night, the doctor was instructed to get a few supplies from the basement of the hospital, and so he headed to the lift. The lift doors opened and there was a patient inside, minding her own business. Patients were allowed to roam around the hospital to stretch, especially those who have stayed long. The rule was to be back in their rooms before ten.
The doctor smiled at the patient before pressing the number for the basement. He found it unusual that the woman didn’t have a button already pressed. He wondered if she was heading to the basement too.
The lift finally reached the floor where the doors opened. In the distance a man was limping towards the elevator, and in a panic the doctor slammed the elevator button to close. It finally did and the lift began to ascend back up, the doctor’s heart pounding.
“Why did you do that? He was trying to use the lift.” The woman stated, annoyed.
“Did you see his wrist?” The doctor asked, “It was red. He died last night. I would know because I did his surgery.”
The woman lifted her wrist. He saw red. She smiled. “Like this one?”
White with RED
A man just moved into an apartment and heads to the receptionist to get his keys. The receptionist gave him the key with a smile but warns him not to disturb the door with no number on his floor. He wondered why but didn’t bother to ask, he was too busy with his new apartment to care. After he finished unpacking he began to get curious. He questioned why the receptionist would warn him of such things, and so he stepped out of his apartment to check the door with no number.
He tried the door knob first but it was locked, so instead he got onto his knees and peeked through the keyhole. The apartment he was looking into was empty. His eyes scanned the whole place before stopping at a woman, standing face against a wall, in the corner. He noticed her pale skin and long black hair before stepping back, suddenly feeling perverted in a way for invading someone else’s privacy. He brushed it off, assuming she was someone that did not want to be disturbed.
The next day he got more curious about the woman and eventually went back, straight away getting onto his knees. He peeked through the keyhole and saw all red. Red. He assumed that the pale woman must have caught him peeking the last time and covered the hole with something red.
He left the door alone and instead went down to the receptionist to ask her questions. The receptionist sighed and asked, “you looked through the keyhole, didn’t you?”
He admitted to it and so she felt obliged to tell him the story. She told him that a couple used to live in that apartment a long time ago, but the husband went crazy and killed his wife. However, this couple wasn’t normal.
They had pale skin, black hair and red eyes.
A mother’s call
A daughter was in her room upstairs, doing her homework, when suddenly she heard her mother call to come down for dinner. She jumped onto her feet and began making her way towards the stairs, but before even took a step, hands grabbed her and pulled her into the laundry room besides the staircase.
She panicked before realizing it was her mother, her real mother, eyes watery and bloodshot. “Don’t go down there honey, I heard it too.”

In case you guys don’t know who Elisa Lam is,she is a 21 year old woman. She was visiting the Cecil hotel in 2013.
She was in the elevator clicking random buttons,which no one knows why.
It’s almost as someone was chasing her,but she has bipolar something (I don’t know the name I’m sorry)
And she didn’t take her medications. So I’m pretty sure she was hallucinating.
Now this part is interesting. Some people from the hotel started complaining about the water being weird color,and funny taste. So the employees went to check it out. They opened the lid,and found Elisa Lam dead in the tank. Now since she was hallucinating,she probably thought to “hide” in the water tanks,to get away from the “chasing person”

A story yall never asked for 🤩 I think the reason he checked the water tanks was because: (correct me if there's something not right)
So as u can see he showed Elisa lams room, and the water tanks. So. Elisa was coming here for a reason I don't know. But there was footage of Elisa from a elevator and she was running into the elevator pushing buttons and she peeked out and came back in paceing back and fourth (I don't know what happened after that because it didn't show the full footage). Guests said that then water tasted weird like different. So the working checked the water tank and saw Elisas lams body without clothes in the water tank floating on top. (I don't think her clothes were there or if she had any body parts missing)
She was found by maintenence after complaints of the water quality. The lid was open, he closed it, which is how the police found it. Her clothes were found in the tank. Hypothermia makes you think you're burning, so her being undressed isn't really that suprising. It was the state of the water tank being closed that made so many people think it was foul play. The truth is, once she jumped in alone, it was a done deal. Even with an open hatch, the water level was too low for her to reach the only exit.
